I ordered a very expensive pair of glasses- no line bifocals with auto tint, anti reflective coating, anti scratch, etc- the works, on 3/14. I was told they would be ready by 3/24. On 3/26 I called to inquire on the status as I had not been contacted. I was curtly told that the glasses were not ready, not to call again, and that they would call me when the glasses were ready. On 4/2, I again called. This time I was informed that not only were they not ready, they had not yet been ordered from the lab and it would be at least another week before I could receive them. Total time for very overpriced glasses : 4 weeks ! I ordered a similar pair from WALMART and got them for half the price in 5 days. The Walmart pair are excellent quality.

Bad experience. My wife had annual eye exam last year there, they billed me USD 80 for it. They said there were some annual eye exam were not covered by insurance. Wish they warned my wife rather than ask her to do all exams without her consent. The worst part, after been talking on the phones to insurance and T&S for months to settle this they sent the bill to collection agency as if we are the ones whos fault. Bad way to treat a customer. Never go back.

I typically never write negative reviews, but I think this deserves one. I have been to this place 3 times & every time I walk in I fell disrespected or downgraded. The woman at the first table makes me feel un easy about purchasing anything there. Short story short I Will never do business there again. Terrible experience.
