This place a rip off!! i did deep cleaning on Dec 31 2010 and myself and insurance paid $1700. Even after collecting this much, they sent me a statement of another $300 after 7 months. They up sold a night guard to me and forgot to give me and had to collect it after 3 months!! When i went back to discuss the additional charges, a lady from the same family Michelle Dossett threatened me. She was so rude!! Our family is 5, i never understood the business reason to lose us. Dr. Scott Schwaim sounds nice, but why do anyone want to go there to be treated so bad by these folks! Please dont go to this place again!! Good luck running this business for long!!

They have the best hours and very personable staff. The facility is first rate and I was able to get an appointment on moments notice on a Saturday afternoon to address a chipped tooth. They took an x-ray and a young dentist looked at it and my tooth and said that the tooth had to be pulled. They set an appointment to pull the tooth and start the procedure to provide an implant. The estimate was over &5400.00. I canceled the appointment after getting a second opinion and being prepped for a new crown. Today, I still have my tooth with a crown and I am $4000.00 better off - thanks to Dr. Brenda Jennings.

Ive been a patient of Dossett Dentals Frisco location for seven years. My insurance company referred them when my four year old son fell and damaged his teeth on a friday night at the State fair. I was thrilled that their office was opened on a Saturday morning and they took such great care of him that we switched dentists. Weve since moved out of the neighborhood but its worth the drive to continue going to this dental office. BTW my son is now 11 yrs old and cavity free to this point due to great preventative cleanings & maintenance. Thanks Dossett Dental.

They were able to get me in on an emergency appointment. I had extreme pain on my tooth that even breathing hurt. The first thing the dentist did was put this cold metal item on the tooth and I yelled. Secondly, while working on me, he left to see another patient and left me with my mouth wide open and jaw getting sore for 30 minutes. Upon his return my numbing medication wore off, he got the drill and hit the tooth and again I jerked and yelled. Those experiences alone made me never go back and hard for me to trust another dentist

My dad had his All on 4 procedure done at Dossett Dental and he had a great experience! Dr Melnikov was awesome and professional. Michelle helped us with the financial part and she was excellent in explaining everything and made it very easy. The office environment is very relaxing , which helped my dad with the anxiety he had going to the dentist. My dad was pleased with their quality work and their professional staff. I appreciate all that they did for my dad and will be going there from now on myself for my dental care!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Sokransky…WOW! I have always hated the dentist but can say that is no longer the case. Every thing was explained to me in a way that I can understand which is invaluable! I came in without an appointment and was taken straight back. Everyone from the front desk, Anita the hygienist to his assistant were wonderful! Special thanks to Michelle for working with me so much with financials. It’s nice to go somewhere and not feel like a number. I will definently be back!!!

I had a horrible toothache and they got me in the same day. It took two visit to complete my root canal but everyone was so nice and sweet. Dr. Davis is awesome I recommend him and everyone there ..this definitely is my dentist office from now on.. Also the cleaning was amazing and very detailed. I highly recommend giving them a try I think if you do you will love them, great service, great staff and great atmosphere

Dr. Schwalm is very personable and one can tell he loves his job. He explained thoroughly everything that he was going to do. My experience with other dentist is that their explanations were no really given with substance. I would encourage anyone who is remotely thinking of changing doctors to visit a local Dossett Dental. the entire staff was very conscious and caring. Just what I needed! - Monica W.

I was so happy with the way they treated me and the compassion they showed for the pain I was in that I have gone back for other work that Ive needed to have done for a long time but kept putting off. 1st time to this dental office, and they were exceptional! Helped me out last minute, I needed an extraction and they didnt just send me out the door since there oral surgeon wasnt scheduled for that day. They made call after call to make sure they sent me to another office of theres to get the tooth taken care of! I will never go to another dentist, its nice to find a place that genuinely cares.

Got my wisdom teeth removed and these people were the best. I hate all things dentist, teeth, and blood but the doctor and his staff made me feel at home. I used to go to the plano office which was terrible. They jacked a root canal and I wound up losing the tooth. But when I called to the frisco location to complain, they immediately worked a solution and compensated me with a free implant. The staff is over-the-top friendly and attentive. In addition, they are all true professionals!

STAFF IS NICE BUT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THEY SHOULD!!! I WENT THERE FOR A SECOND OPINION FOR A TOOTH THAT NEEDED A FILLING. THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME I NEEDED A CERAMIC CROWN THAT WOULD COST ME AROUND $2000!!!! I SAID NEVERMIND I WILL GO BACK TO MY FIRST DENTIST!
