My family and I have been going to Perla Dental in Farmers Branch for quite a while now. I consider everyone working in this office to be angels. Absolute angels. I dont know everyones name, unfortunately. But Dr. Natallia, the dental assistants, and the office staff are all wonderful. I happen to have very sensitive teeth and this has been the only Dentists office where Ive had work done and been in zero pain following the visit. Dr. Natallia knows her stuff! She is an absolute master at dentistry. Shes very gentle, patient and thorough. The office staff, all of them, are always so very kind. In addition to their kindness the thing I appreciate the most is understanding the cost breakdown of the work I need done -- the actual costs, what my insurance covers and what I owe etc. They simplify things when most other dentists offices seem to complicate them. They are also very accommodating with schedules. This whole office seems to be such a great team. If I listed all of the positives then this review would be too long. As far as negatives, there are none here. They continue to exceed every expectation of mine with regards to my bank account and most importantly my dental health. Perla is a model of what Dentists and dental offices should be. What they have and what they offer is something that I consider to be rare in Dental offices today. I couldnt recommend this office and Dr. Natallia enough!

This is the best place ever! They are incredibly kind and patient with you and provide so much care. My little brothers love it here for the big play place and how sweet they are. Im always incredibly anxious and have had a tendency to freak out everytime I had to go to the dentist. Never fear! though, because the doctors and staff will always take their time to make sure you are alright and help you calm down. They will never make you feel bad and with the gas/shot there is absolutely no pain. Ive been to many dentists in the past and nobody has ever treated me as well as the doctors and staff here have. They take their time to make sure they do their best professional job. I love these guys:) highly recommend them.

They were able to see all three of my kids at the same time and that was a blessing. Luna and Lilly were helpful because my son was unable to get his work done but Ms.Lilly had mad a referral for him to see a specialist before we left. The doctor was so helpful she explained everything before she did the work and I was even able to stay in the room with all three which was a blessing. The doctor was so gentle with my daughter that she didnt even want me in the room. No matter I live my kids and I will always travel here. This is our first but not last time. Side note had an appointment at another office but came here and it was the best decision. Fast,friendly and attentive. Thanks

Recently went with kids to Perla Dental - Farmers Branch location for dental checkup. Front Desk, Staffs and Dentist are very friendly and caring. They explained my dental issues, discussed treatment options, procedures, insurance coverage and deductible, etc. X-Ray and Treatment went very well for me as well as for kid. They explained post ops instructions so I will know what to expect and how to handle after the visit. They even followed up with a phone call and emailed me instructions as well. They have a kids play area so kids had fun. Overall the appointment was an excellent, positive experience for me and kids, will visit again for my future dental needs.

I always go to do my dental to this location. I cannot describe enough the way they treat people. They staff are very friendly and courteous. The office environment is very clean and comfortable. The doctors are the best doctors Ive ever experienced. They are very nice and careful. They always tell you whats best for you. Ohh by the way, their price is very fair, in fact much more cheaper compared to others. I want every one to try this office out Im sure you wont be going back anywhere else.

I really love the dental office. I love the staff! They are very caring and they really care for the children that they treat. My daughter loves coming here and they are so sweet when they are explaining what needs to be done. Whatever they say they are going to do, they make sure they do it. This place is amazing. Great dentists. My extractions went fast. Really affordable, with my insurance they charged me 1/4 of what my previous dentist charged for wisdom tooth extractions. If I would have come here 1st I would have been able to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed for the same price my old dentist charged for one this was with the same insurance. They have a cute kids play area. They really seemed to care about their patients.

I really love this office. when i bring my son they give him a lot of toys. The manager is awesome and the doctor is really patient and sweet. It seemed that they make a great time. i highly recommend this office. kids love it. :)
