When I moved to California 5 years ago I waited too long to find another dentist. Ill admit it was mostly out of nervousness; fear that I was going to get lectured. When I finally stepped into Oakland Green Dental I realized I had nothing to worry about! Dr. Hamid and her assistants are not only so welcoming and very informative about how your teeth/gums are. Ive now been going there for about 4 years and have had cleanings every 6 months, a whitening treatment, as well as a procedure on one of my wisdom teeth. Everyone is very professional and they are always concerned with all of the little details like putting lip balm on your lips before beginning the procedure. I now look forward to going to my dental appointments because I know I will have a nice time chatting with the whole staff and walk out with my mouth feeling so clean!

Shaya is da bomb. My teeth need a lot of TLC and she delivers. Fixed my front chipped tooth that is actually a bridge. Hard to do. She did it and Im smiling like crazy. All it takes is one tooth cleaning, so to the Google dude who needed a two day cleaning, I suggest you take better care of your teeth between cleanings or perhaps your genetics play a role!!! Shaya will do whats best for you and that no BS!!!

Dr. Hamid is THE most compassionate dentist I have ever met. She is professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I had not been to the dentist in years out of fear. She made a reasonable plan for me, and now I am all smiles. She is simply the BEST!
