As a patient, the office staff and providers are wonderful to work with. The office staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and promote a smooth patient transition from check in to check out. The providers are fantastic! Ive been a patient at this practice for six years and Ive seen both Dr. Hashemi and Traci Marin. Both listen very well, respect their patients wishes, and are almost always on time with appointments. Traci recently delivered my first child and the experience with her could not have been better. I desired a low intervention, non-medicated birth and Traci not only respected my wishes, but encouraged my questions and made me feel confident about my decisions. She was in and out (mostly in!) my room during the whole labor and spent more time with us than I would have ever expected. I really felt like I had was in good hands and that I was her only focus for the day. She made it possible for me to be able to move and walk during labor, even though I was being augmented with pitocin. If you want to feel empowered during your pregnancy and labor, Traci is the way to go. She exudes confidence and helps her patients understand the normalcy of pregnancy. She is also a proveide who works well with doulas, having been one herself in the past. No matter what type of birth experience you desire, you cant got wrong with Traci! I already travel an hour to see her and I will continue to do it for future well woman care and pregnancies. Speaking of well woman care, she and Dr. Hashemi are excellent for these types of appointments as well. Dr. Merryman is newer to the practice and I met her for the first time in the hospital the day after I delivered my son. She has EXCELLENT bedside manner, listened very well, and eased my concerns. She performed my sons circumcision, answered all of my questions about him and myself, and allowed my husband to be present during the procedure. You cant go wrong with any of the providers at this office!

Traci Marin is absolutely fantastic. I appreciated her confidence, easy-going and approachable bedside manner, warmth and genuine care for her patients and staff. When it came time for labor and delivery, I felt as if I had a doula and close friend in the room with my husband and me. She was encouraging, supportive, and available. I had the most empowering delivery and I attribute that in part to Tracis confidence in the strength of the female body. She truly is an incredible midwife! I have recommended this practice to all of my closest friends and family. As someone who works in the medical field, I am highly critical of how practices are run and the kind of care I receive. I have not one complaint. If you are looking to feel empowered and want a provider who is confident in your ability to have the labor and delivery that you desire, come and see Traci. You will not be disappointed! I am so happy I finally found a provider who didnt view pregnancy as an ailment or illness, but as a natural part of life. Thank you, Traci!

I had blood drawn here, and the nurse messed up, moving the needle too much. It was a short, shocking pain at the time, but I figured it would be fine, even though this procedure has never hurt before. Days later, and that entire arm is aching and numb. My fingers have even started to tingle. I cant straighten or flex it, and can barely pick things up. I had to schedule another appointment with a different doctor, who told me it could be nerve damage. He could not tell me if its permanent or not, but that its like glass. Youre supposed to take care of glass before you break it, because once you do, theres little that can be done to fix it. Something so minimally invasive has caused me so much pain, anxiety and money, all because of one nurse.

This is my first baby and I was referred to Dr. Hashemi by a friend. I was very nervous at first, but from my very first appointment both my partner and I felt very comfortable with not only the doctor but the staff. I was greeted from the moment I walked in and did not have to wait long like other appointments. On my first visit, Dr. Hashemi was not only very informative, but was patient and very down to earth. I had MANY questions and she made sure to answer all of them. They gave me information to take home about foods I could or couldnt eat, prenatal vitamin recommendations, etc. I am very happy with her and her staff and would definitely recommend her to any expecting moms, especially new mothers.

Horrible experience with the reception staff, nobody was helpful and they deliberately didnt take my insurance when an other obgyn did. I came to their office 4-5 times pregnant with twins and high risk, they turned me down everytime because in their system my insurance seemed inactive but it really wasnt. They do not help with payment plans, they made us pay the whole amount over the phone and we did, and when we went to see the doctor they turned us down for the same exact reason (they claimed it was their new computer system) and everytime i went there i had to refill the same documents i have filled out previously. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The reception staff are rude and not helpful. They messed up my appointment and told me to go other hospital and I ended up paying more than i should because of them. The doctor doesnt explain enough, and dont seem to care. I had to go to ER twice before my miscarriagewhen I was 11 weeks. And one time the ER staff sent my data to Dr.Hashemi so I can be checked and get medication I needed , and when I went to see her, she almost missed it if i didnt mention it because she didnt even read the whole data that ER sent her. I would not reccomend this clinic.

Very Proficient and skillful Doctor! After I got frustrated with my two miscarriages I went to Doctor Hashimis office . Dr. Hashemi spent time with me and was a very good listener. I told her my story and my frustration with pregnancy issues and she went above and beyond. She gave me necessary blood tests to take to find out what is causing miscarriage. Finally, when blood test results came from lab she called me right away and advised me not to waste time and I need to go to fertility Centre. She is not after money and she is an honest Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Hashemi.

This clinic doesnt deserve any star. I called in for an appointment and the person who answered my call cold-heartedly rejected me because I am not 8weeks far from my pregnancy?? What is wrong with that?? I just want me and my baby to be seen by a good doctor and to know that my baby is all safe and be guided on my journey. My last pregnancy was not pleasant and that is why me and my husband chose this place because of its good reviews. But I guess.. it doesnt deserve the good credits anymore.

This practice is AMAZING! When I walk through the door I am greeted with warm smiles and everyone makes you feel like you are family. All of the ladies up front are wonderful and I could not ask for better doctors and midwives. My husband and I are expecting in May and I could not imagine having my care or my babies care in anyone elses hands. They answer all of your questions and concerns (Im a slight hypochondriac) that you would ever have. I LOVE this practice! Stephanie Walters
