They charge the highest amount they can, and to get an apt when your child is in pain is like pulling teeth. Office staff is rude and inpatient. They do not give discounts to cash paying patients, which is ridiculous because they dont have to wait for payments or try to get it. Also, in my case this is what happened and why I gave them one star. If you tell a dentist office your childs teeth are in desperate need of work and they cant give you an appt for 2 1/2 months because they forgot to call you back that day and make the appt, theres something seriously wrong with that! Yet they dont care, and I should calm down. Right, because Im furious for no reason?! They shouldve called me back yesterday, had they done that, my son would have been seen a month sooner but because they forgot to call me back, he now has to wait another month?! Its not right and the woman on the phone was trying to tell me the lady who said there was an apt in February was mistaken. No, she was lying and couldnt make what she did wrong right. Frustrating

I work with Drs on a daily basis worldwide and I am not one to write bad reviews ever but I can tell you Dr. White gives physicians a very bad name. He is not for his patients and only cares about the money. My daughter was there just in July and they scheduled another appt for November which I did not make or ever confirm so they charged me 50 dollars because she was a no show. When I called and stated I would not pay the 50 for an appt I didnt make or ever confirm and that was not fair they decided they wanted to discharge her for not paying the fee. I think another practice would say lets get this rescheduled or something in that matter but that is not what they did. I will be happy to take my daughter somewhere else. I think this just shows what a type of doctor he truly is.

My four year old had trauma to her mouth a little bit before she turned two. My husband and I had taken her to other pediatric dentists who recommended sedating our daughter and pulling her teeth to "see if that would correct the problem" We finally took her to Dr. Whites and have never gone anywhere else. He truly cares about doing the BEST dental treatment for my child. The staff is always amazing and Dr. White answers ALL of my questions with no rush. He is knowledgeable and I can trust him 100%. We haven been going here for a little over 2 years. The office is also so updated and kid friendly. It really adds a nice touch to phenomenal service. ( the hygienist are always so in tune, genital, and make this a really fun experience for kids)

Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry is a great experience for the children and for the parents! Dr. Nick White is very experienced, efficient and takes time to explain what he is doing while relaxing the kids. The office is professionally themed with a fun, clean and very entertaining beach/Jimmy Buffet feel. You can really tell the office was designed with children in mind as there are games, TVs and plenty to keep the kids attention. An appointment actually means an appointment at LM Pediatric Dentistry, as we were in and out in a very reasonable time. Office staff is professional, organized and very helpful! No problems with any billing, it was a seamless process. I HIGHLY recommend LM Pediatric Dentistry to all my friends and family!

AMAZING! My son has anxiety and Tourettes syndrome and Dr. White and the staff are simply amazing. The ladies that are at the front desk are very accomadating and friendly. I absolutely love that their are no closed doors. You can see your child if you want or need to. My son had to have teeth pulled for braces and Dr. White was very patient with his anxiety. As a mother of a child with special needs I have a special place in my heart for people that make my son comfortable. I will be driving 2 hours after we move just to see Dr. White. Well worth it! Also the fun theming makes him feel like we are at a theme park and not a doctors office.

So impressed with this office! My two year old is speech delayed and is a little off with new people because theyre always talking to her and she doesnt know how to reply. Both the assistant and the the doctor were AMAZING with her. They actually got her to cooperate with them to complete her exam. The office itself is just crazy cool. I wish we had these sort of offices when I was growing up! I will say this office is quite a bit more expensive then other pediatric dentist offices around, but its worth every penny for us.

I have been taking my son to his office before he even had teeth he is now 6 years old and loves to go to the Dentist the staff have always been courtesy and nice and gentle with my son. Dr White has created an office that all kids love I wish I could go here its so much fun they forget they are going to the dentist. Dr White is very transparent you can go with your child in the back and ask as many questions without feeling rushed. I highly recommend bringing your child here you will not be disappointed

We took our 17 month old daughter to see Dr. Nicholas White for her first check up, and it was an absolutely great experience! From when you first walk in, you realize its not your average Dentist office. The Doctor and his staff was very professional, and kid friendly. The Dental Assistant was thorough, and fun with our daughter as well. Overall, from the decor to the staff, its 5 stars all the way!

Very good experience, wait time was not long at all. The office is so cool, you have to see this place, my son loves going there. Yolanda was just awesome, she was lightning fast and thorough, she was also so good to my son. She is the best, everyone should ask for her when they go in there for an all around great experience lol. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My 3 year old went to Dr. White for the first time today. She came in with an abscess on her tooth and it needed extracted. The staff did a phenomenal job at making her feel comfortable and they were so good to her. I cannot thank them enough for helping us and making it so she is now pain free. Thank you to everyone at Lake Mary Pediatric Dental and to Dr. White!

Everything so far ( 2 years now ) has been a positive experience. Office is always clean, and friendly. Doctor White is always very nice and my son(5 yrs) loves to come to the dentist. He loves getting to play video games for a couple minutes too. I would recommend and have recommended this office to anyone who asks about a dentist for children.
