My first experience here was with my daughter who was diagnosed with pneumonia and was treated right away! Second experience after taking my son to the hospital, was with my son who has asthma and was ill due to the disease. Their doctor was immediately concerned of his health and was very attentive. She listened to his lungs and right away she knew what the prob was and told me he wasnt getting enough oxygen. So they had to give him a steroid shot. He was also prescribed with an antibiotic due to an infection. After treatment and leaving SHC my son said "Mom, I feel like i can breathe now." That made me feel so good and at ease. Lesson: Its always good ta have a second opinion. Thanks to all the kind staff and to our awesome pediatrician and God bless!!!

Given a 1 star because that is the lowest. I work at a Dr. office and am extremely patient when it come to Doctor appts but these people are incredible, They are not prompt, I have waited 2 hours for an OB appt, there is only one person working their at a time and no one seems to genuinely care about you as a patient, I had a worker tell me that she did her part in telling the provider that I could not wait past the 2 hours any longer and that if the provider did not hurry there was nothing she can do about it. The provider then proceeded to tell me things with no professionalism. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Very rude and Bad customer service they find excuse not to help customer. I took my friend there because she is pregnant. MY friend took the pregnant test there and they told her that pregnant test was negative but when we did home test and go to another clinic was positive and after that day we took the pregnant test paper back to them because my friend has no health insurance and she doesnt feel well and need to see a doctor but what they told her was that she has to wait for two weeks. But sadest is that I ask to speak with manager but they didnt care.

The recepcionist and the ones that collect payment do not respect privacy. They will ask you why you come to the doctors in front of everyone else in the lobby. Even if you say its personal they still insist that they need to know why youre there. Once you go to pay for your visit, the ones who collect payment still dont know how to be discreet about what your visit/payment is about. Im sure this is against the law. Front desk personnel needs to be replaced theyre rude.

The Dental department was a complete nightmare ! Extremely rough with the mouths of its patients and no type of consideration for those that go in here with pain or with phobia of the dentist! Because of them I am leaving the clinic all together and taking my child to another pediatrician as well! Left that place with more pain than what I was iniatially in !

Great staff! Very efficient and got my family and I, in and out. When I had a question about services the administrators did a great job of explaining things and left me with a great feeling. Ill definitely be back!

Mrs Nancy is always very respectable and generous she and her team members always adhere to me and my children needs. I also can do walk ins and be in and out less than an hour which is GREAT keep up the great work

Palm River Dental is the best!!!! The staff is great and is always understanding and great with children. Very cute environment for kids. I deff will be coming back and recommend others to come here.

The staff is very kind here. Mrs. Maningo is knowledgable and real with you! My only issue is that They do not have a vision center, but all in all this is one of the better Suncoast locations.
