This occurred February 26th. This was my first real spa experience and I booked it for me and my husband. The appointment was booked incorrectly and instead of a couples experience they were trying to put us in separate rooms. I heard one of the staff curse very loudly when we arrived, unprofessional. Then when we were waiting to be taken back to our room after changing the front desk girl was showing another co-worker her spanks under her clothes with their employee break room door wide open so we got quite a show. There were long periods of waiting and it was very awkward. The staff didnt seem to be trained well on how to handle delicate situations the whole experience was a lot of weird waiting and awkwardness. The therapist would also leave the room randomly and not say anything. Then we got shorted in time for our massage and facial (they upgraded us because of the miscommunication) but we in fact still got shorted by a lot (90min) not a little mind you. Owner first accused us of being late but then decided we didnt need to pay anymore for our inconvenience...I agreed to pay half since we received half the time (90 total for both of us instead of 3hrs). And we did leave a nice tip for the therapists even though the whole experience was very uncomfortable. Im writing this mainly to let the owner know where improvements can be made. Its a nice looking spa in a convenient location but when people are paying a lot to be pampered its just disappointing when you get way less than what you expected. Ive know small massage parlors off Kennedy that have given me better service. Your staff and communication can really make or break you as a business.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem in a moment of distress. I am a singer/songwriter but also do videography work as well. I had just finished a 3 day video shoot and woke up the next day with horrible pain from my neck into my arm. I was in so much pain I couldnt even turn my head. I found this spa, and they were able to fit me right in. From the moment I got there I felt welcome. No matter what you wear or how you look you are treated with respect and care. I only had time for a 30 min massage but the massage therapist was able to work out the knots and enable me to turn my head. The quality of care here is amazing and they are up with the latest techniques. Since then I have tried the Endermologie which is amazing, and I definitely see excellent results. Most recently I tried the Hydro-facial. I had some serious damage done to my skin from a salon I went to in the past. No only did Maria help me with a game plan to heal my skin she actually left me with immediate positive results. This was the first time I left after a facial discomfort free! I look forward to trying other services, as I really dont see a need to go anywhere else. This spa, is clean, professional, thorough, and friendly. From the front desk to the talented and informed beauty brigade my experience was excellent from start to finish! Thanks SB Health and Beauty spa for making me feel comfortable, and welcome.

I came in for a prenatal massage on 3/12/17, and have to say I was very impressed with the facility, the atmosphere, and all the services the spa had to offer. I was taken back to the relaxation room to fill out the massage intake form, and shortly after, tabatha, my massage therapist came to introduce herself and bring me to the massage room to start my service. All I can say is that Tabatha has magical hands, she worked thoroughly on my sore areas, and I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my service. I left feeling like a million dollars, she is extremely gifted at what she does, and is an asset to this facility. I am excited to return and try out more spa services. However, I am only giving 4 stars, because the young lady at the front desk (Dara, I believe was her name), although perfectly polite and informative, just didnt seem very warm or engaging. It seemed as though she was just going through the motions of her job, with out a lot of sincerity. This small little detail will not deter or keep me from returning though. All in all, it was a very positive and relaxing experience, and I will be returning in the future. It is just important that I am honest in this review, so that areas which might need improvement can be addressed. This is still a very well run spa, and I look forward to returning in the future.

This is my first written review on anything. I usually read reviews to determine it’s a go or not. However I figured it’s time to give my two-sense. Plus I was at another spa this week with my partner, and I kept praising SB Spa which in turn he said to write about it. SB is absolutely heaven. Last fall, I got the “My Day at the Spa” package as a birthday present. I have never been to a spa and only two months prior received my first professional massage ever. The staff was amazing and right on par. I had a “lady-in-waiting” that filled my drinking glass or led me from room-to-room. For lunch, the server was prompt, didn’t wait for my dishes to be cleared or drinks to be filled. The food wasn’t exceptional, about the same if dining at a chain restaurant, but that didn’t faze me. There was a wait time between services, but the waiting room was bliss. Lots of drinks and snacks to choose from. Only complaint is the outside garden-eating area; the fencing isn’t tall enough to block out the neighboring buildings and this isnt much of a complaint. I enjoyed every minute and felt refreshed after I left. I definitely want to go back and take my partner.

I LOVE this spa! Im from New Jersey and every time time I visit Tampa, I book an appointment with Bianca. My go-to spa treat is a massage + European facial + mani or pedi. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service and treatment you receive here. The staff does a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed with providing you tea/beverages, cozy robe/slippers and are attentive to you while you wait in between services. The European facial is the best I have ever received (they get everything out - literally - and your face feels like a million bucks after!) Staff take the time with you, assess your skin and match products used based on your skin type. I really appreciate that throughout your treatment, you feel totally and utterly pampered - thats the essence of SB Health & Beauty Spa and why I continue to revisit after all these year.

I usually don’t write reviews about the places that I visit but I would love to make an exception for SB SPA which is a wonderful place. The first time that I visited this spa was about 2 years ago when I got married, my husband and I decided to spend the day at the spa and I can tell you that it was a great experience. All the services that they provide are great waxing, massage, facial and nail care. Beside that EVERYBODY was very kind, polite and very friendly I have no doubt that I would recommend this place. They make you feel that they are very happy to have you and the treat you with pleasure and respect. Also, the whole environment is very relaxing and peaceful that makes you forget the rest of the world………….LOVE IT.
