Terrible bed side manner from the doctor my father saw this past week. Im only giving them one star bc the doctor did find a mass in his lung after a CT scan was done. She came in the room and told my elderly parents that my father had lung cancer and that he needed to see an Oncologist. Terrible way to give someone results, especially without any further testing and considering they were both there together, with no other family. You would think she would be more sympathetic because she stated that she herself is a cancer survivor. As of now, he is seeking further tests to make a full diagnosis. I even requested a copy of the CT images to take to his primary care provider, and they told me that I had to wait an hour because no one there knew how to make a copy. When I took the cd to the Oncologist, there were no images on the cd. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor so that I can get another copy with the images. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Very unprofessional and not empathetic towards their patients feelings.

I am sitting here in the waiting room right now. I came in because my doctors office isnt open when I am off of work. 1st, I had to ask each person that came in the room to shut the door for my privacy. Each person would start talking and asking questions about my health with the door wide open. 2nd, they drew lab work from me and I have been waiting over 3 and a half hours for the results.... They keep saying 15, 20, 45 mins. I have been here since 6:30pm... It is now 12:01Am.... I asked if they can just call me with the results and they said that if I leave it would be me refusing services. I would understand if this place was packed but it is not busy at all. I will never come here again!

Had to go in for stitches two days ago. Fortunately, the female nurse that stitched me was kind and friendly. Did a wonderful job suturing my wound. The rest of the staff was a bit condescending and unpleasant. Would not recommend if you are looking for a compassionate staff to empathize with your needs. My main issue with this location was that they prescribed me a medication in the same class as Penicillin even though the entire staff was aware that I am allergic. Luckily I only had a mild reaction, but be careful! Two stars for the two people that were agreeable.

Ive used this er three times now. Friendly and clean. I didnt have to wait in waiting area and was taken to a room as soon as I signed in. The most wait time has been three hours and thats with labs and discharge included. I recommend this er.

Careful with this ER center . They have hidden fees. Even if you have insurance and your insurance pays them . The doctors charge you for there services without informing you, On a separate bill .
