I am extremely impressed by this dentist and staff!! Everyone is wonderful and the office is beautiful. I havent been to a dentist in seven years for multiple reasons. My teeth use to be gorgeous but I had a lung disease and the medication ruined my teeth. Im extremely embarrassed and I never went to the dentist because I thought they would judge me. I also have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Kirchner, Dr. Sherry, the dental hygienists, and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. They treated me so kindly. I never felt judged or scared. The many different things they offer to make your visit as comfortable as possible is impressive. The chairs you sit in even have massage rollers!! They did whatever necessary to make me comfortable. They gave me a nice gift for being a new patient and they offer nice rewards for referrals!! They offer drinks and snacks before or after your visit. I love this dentist and who can say that?!?! I had three teeth pulled and the next day Dr. Sherry called me personally! In any medical or dental procedure I have had in the past, the actual doctor has never called to check on me. I highly recommend everyone to visit them because you will not regret it. The entire staff truly cares about each patient. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to be willing to start the process of getting my smile back. I appreciate all of you so much!

Wonderful and amazing staff!! Very professional customer service is out of this world! They take the time to talk to you and listen to what you say, like talking to friends Dr. Kirchner is the best ! I had such a fear of a Dentist I put it off till one day I broke a tooth and had no choice. He and his excellent staff took that fear away, now I look forward to my Dentist appointment because its going to be pleasant. They make sure it will be. I work with the public Customer Service is very high on my list. I was leaving the Dentist office and I happen to see a little lady coming to the office this was around the Holidays and she had a gift for them. Dr Kirchner himself came out walked down the sidewalk and met her and he walked her in. That made me smile and I bragged on him to my friends and co-workers all day. How nice of him a very busy man but he made time to do that.. Speaks Volumes about him. From the time you walk through that front door the ladies at front desk make you feel welcome to the back the Dental hygienist they are tops and the Dr himself. I recommend them to any one in need of a Dentist, you will not be disappointed in your visit. If you have a fear when you walk in it wont last long they take that fear away. Dr Kirchner was recommended to me by my Boss and Im so thankful he sent me to them . They are the Best!!

I was the worlds biggest chicken about the dentist office. I have not been to the dentist for over 1 years. I have severe phobias about dentist. Last year I started to have some TMJ type pain. My family physician said I had to see a dentist. OH WOW did that send a chill up my spine. I did some research and found Dr. Kirschners office. I called and ask for an appointment. As I broke out in a cold sweat and hands shaking I wrote down the date. On that day I forced myself in the car. A 10 minute pep talk got me in the door. I have never been so surprised as I was that day. The staff was awesome. They pampered me through the introductions, listened about my fears and explained everything they did. When I met Dr. Kirschner he also explained everything to me. He ask my permission to even look at my teeth. He gave me all the options and let me decide how to proceed. I choose the sedated procedure for my first and biggest part of my treatment plan. I have had 4 follow ups and received the same care, concern and awesome treatment. Today was my last treatment and I can not completely express my joy at finally finding a dental staff and dentist that is this great. If you need a better dental experience please give them a call. You will not be sorry I promise. Savannah and Toni you ladies really rock!!!

Thought I found a great dentist. I was wrong. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes. Left the appointment thinking everything financially was taken care of. 3 months later I get a surprise bill of almost $400 extra dollars. Cost me about $1,000 dollars total for a drill and fill. Kept asking for a breakdown of what I paid and why the surprise bill. They kept avoiding that. Had to go their office to get the breakdown. After I looked at it, I asked if I was in network. They avoided that question. I asked again and was told no I wasnt. Thats why it cost me so much. Why couldnt you just be honest up front? If it wasnt for this I would have loved the place. ***UPDATE*** they have since written off my balanced owed due to any misunderstandings. I have decided to upgrade from a 1 star to a 4 star due to this. Dr Kirchner is a great dentist and has a very friendly staff. My advice for anyone is to contact your insurance company yourself and make sure that they are in network. I am thinking this was the main reason for the surprise bill.

The feeling of leaving a dentist office but, feeling like you left day spa? This is it! Yes, you are getting dental cleanings or procedures done but, I was so spoiled and pampered I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and ecstatic to finally have a incredible dental practice to recommend. I do not refer people easily. I have often found that consistency lacks in the medical setting (great first visit and then rude or unpleasant next visit). This is not the case with this crew! Professional, painless (I have tremendous dental fear) an all around perfect visits. I have been to dentist all over the country (most costing hundreds more than Kirchner Dental) and have never looked forward to returning as I did here. Also, they treated the children so wonderful! with gift cards, patience, kindness and free gifts. Going to the dentist does not have to be scary! You just have to find the right one and so grateful I did! Thank you so much for keeping our smiles healthy and treating our family like your own.

My first visit (unfortunately) happened to be with an infected tooth. Im new to the area, and had received a flier in the mail, so my wife called and they saw me the same day. They were very friendly, yet professional, compassionate, and did everything they could to help me. Theyre oral surgeon wasnt there this week so they called at least 5 other places trying to fit me in somewhere. Although no one had any openings, it certainly was not from lack of effort on their part. They did as much as possible to help me get through the wkend so I could get my tooth pulled the following week. I had several questions, so my wife had to keep calling them (I was at work). There wasnt any time that they were rude or impatient by the many calls. I highly recommend this place for anyone! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, and I cannot say enough about how truly caring the entire staff was....definitely 5 stars!!
