I have NEVER gotten the care and treatment like I have here!!! From the time I walked in the door it was all about me. A smiling face at the front desk. A very personable staff that truly cared about me and my comfort. An office manager that was very professional but really fun to deal with. Corey made sure I understood all of the details. He listened to my questions and answered them fully. And he didnt pressure me into choosing the dentures like some people would do to make the sale of the most expensive product! The dentist was very kind and made me feel comfortable while in the chair. And the oral surgeon (Dr. Kim) was also outstanding! They made sure I was as comfortable as possible with as little pain that they could possibly help doing. I will be recommending this Aspen Dental office to everyone looking for a good dentist. I had my surgery the day before Christmas Eve, and although eating was very painful and it was difficult for me to eat, it was So Very worth it!!! I am SO GLAD I went to this Aspen Dental!!!! Thank you SO VERY much for the care and concern you gave me. I truly appreciate it. I dont care about ANY of the negative reviews you have gotten. Some people are never happy about things and they live to complain and make lives miserable because they are miserable and enjoy doing it. No matter what anyone does for them it wouldnt be enough. Every time Ive been there the staff has treated everyone with kindness and caring. If I could rate more stars, I would. I LOVE YOU ALL for taking such WONDERFUL care of me!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am very impressed and pleased with Aspen Dental in Elizabethtown. Dr. Newbern and Stacey, the hygienist, were excellent on multiple levels. They explained what and why they needed to do what they recommended. They answered all other questions, had a reassuring manner about them and were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain new technologies and their advantages. The other staff there at the office was also very friendly, professional, and informative. What impressed me most about Dr. Newbern’s office is the fact that they handled my needs very quickly even though I had not previously been a patient. I had three separate appointments with them from Monday to Thursday of this past week to resolve an issue with horrible tooth pain. On Thursday a tooth was extracted; and Friday Dr. Newbern personally called me to ask how I was doing. I didn’t expect that. Additionally, Dr. Newbern has a good sense of humor and I felt very at ease with him during the extraction procedure. I will have some additional work done there at Aspen Dental over the next few months and I know their work will be superb.

The staff at Aspen dental in Elizabethtown really understand what it means to put the customer first. I received clear concise information so that I was able to make an informed decision that was right for me. I was one of those people that dreaded to go to the dentist and to be honest I didnt. The staff at Aspen made me feel comfortable from the start and still maintain that very high level of friendliness and helpfulness that make them all stars. I enjoy going there. The staff takes the time to get to know you and remember you so that can help you not only today but also in the future. I have now had dentures for 5 months (still my immediate) and thanks to the staff and their helpful information I eat whatever I want I am pain free and the realigns are spot on every time. I can honestly say that from the first day with them my experience has gotten better ever single time. I would suggest them to any one.

I am grateful for Aspen Dental of Elizabethtown for seeing me promptly and efficiently for my tooth ache and pain. My Dentist was not available during this time and the staff at Aspen Dental made me feel like the most important person in their office. Dr. Newbern explained all my X-rays in great detail, offered his recommendations for helping me. At the time of my consultation, Aspen Dental did not have availability to see me for the tooth extraction, so they placed me on their waiting list. I received a call immediately they had availability to see me and I was so pleased with not only the phone call, but their continuing service to ensure I was provided the best in customer service. The tooth was extracted and I feel much better! THANK YOU to all the staff at Aspen Dental of Elizabethtown for the professionalism, care and continuing service! Kudos to a great team!!

UPDATE1 I was happy to get my tooth taken care of, however two weeks later I get a bill that it was removed surgically. I was not told or explained to why. I went back to the office today for an explanation. The girl I talked with told me she usually didnt work in this area (I had heard another person tell a patient the same thing when I went for my first appointment). She told me there was nothing that could be done about the extra charge, and I could make payments, but if not paid in full in a couple months it would be turned in to collections! Im on social security and there is no way I can pay the extra $92.70 in a few months. This office needs communication training!

In town temporarily on assignment as a security contractor at Ft. Knox. Decided to get some old dental work updated, and picked Aspen on a whim. Could not have been better. They did the x rays, exams, etc,,, then sat down and discussed IN DETAIL, the recommendations, and PRICES. Upfront, no confusion. Dr. Newbern was the Dentist, and the guy is fantastic, along with the entire staff. And one of my appointments was 730pm, since they stay open late on Mondays and Tuesdays! Great Dental office. I wish I could keep the Elizabethtown office as my family dentist, but I am gone in a month, but I have checked and there is an Aspen Dental in my hometown...

Heart-Break is what I had... First told there is payment options> But, only one option and its 60% down and other 40% before they touch me! Second told to bring my insurance card. They even made a copy of my card.> But, at the end of it all was told that Medicaid wont pay for nothing! They knew ahead of time that there is 1 option to pay and insurance wont pay nothing at their office! I feel thats important info for us people that are not rich! The only thing I can say positive about my visit was the people that work @ Aspen was so nice and they treated me with the best respect! Wish I could stay with Aspen. But, to be honest "my wallet isnt fat enough"

Today I went to Aspen Dental coincidentally based on Google reviews. I havent been to a dentist in about a year. I agree with everyone else on here saying that the staff was very friendly and it seemed like everyone knew exactly what they were talking about and what my problems were. The gentleman was very thorough in explaining how my payments would work financially with my insurance and out-of-pocket from me. Im going back next week for a cleaning & whitening, then Im going to set up an appointment for my fillings. After all of that is done, then I will set up an appointment for 3 crowns. I will definitely keep the posts up to date on my experiences.
