******** This is my 2nd and final review. Posted on 2/28/2017 I posted this in December 2016. (for some reason my 2nd review did not post). I will try to post again today. IOn November 23 2016 the final and much anticipated implant procedure (teeth) was completed in time for me to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. I received 9 implants and as expected I had issues with learning how to chew. My bite seem to be off. I contacted Dr. Long and she said to give it a little time and I might have to come in for a adjustment. Its been 3 months and I plan to make an appointment soon to go in for my final visit/adjustment. If you have concerns about the cost and dental implant procedure being painful. I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Right Choice Dental Implants. They have State of the Art Equipment. Last but not least I fell in love with Jeffersonville, Indiana. Because i lived 210 miles away I would usually spend the night so I could go antiquing and bargain shopping.in this sweet little town. Dr Tonya Long is the BEST. She is kind, professional, and capable. She has a great personality and is truly beautiful inside and out. I love that she is unique and follows the beat of her on drum. (as much as David will let her lol). Speaking of David, he is Dr. Longs Office Manager and he sleeps with Dr. Long every night. They are married and have 3 sons. I loved how they worked so well together. They would be a hit if they were ever on Reality TV. PROs: little or no pain, affordable, capable, kind, & professional doctor and staff. One stop shop (every thing is done in this office start to finish) CONS: 210 miles/each drive way. I feel like Dr. Long could be my daughter and I want her to know just how proud of her and I thank her and David for my beautiful teeth. *************************************************************************** Below is my first review: My first visit to see Dr Long was in May 2015. I have always had very pretty and strong teeth. I visited my dentist on a regular basis. Due to a number of reasons I started loosing my teeth. My dentist fixed a lower partial and it just didnt work. I cancelled my appointment for a upper partial and started researching dental implants. I saw a commercial on tv and called for information.. The closes dental site was in Atlanta. I didnt want to drive 7/8 hours.Isaw two dentist that were recommended and left each office feeling depressed because the cost that they quoted were outrageously expensive. Just by chance Dr. Tanya Long was recommended.Reviews on the internet were good. I checked State Board In Ky and Indiana. No complaints or citations. No claims or payouts on her dental malpractice. BBB ratings were good. I did leave several phone messages that were unanswered. I left her a message on her web site and Dr. Long called me that very afternoon.and I saw her 2 weeks later. I am a RN so I look at things differently than most people who are interested in dental implants. Sure cost is important but when you are having an invasive procedure done things like cleanness is VERY important. The equipment was state of art and I was impressed with their computer program. Whew, kinda long winded arent I. Last but certainly not least was how impressed I was with David and Dr.Long. Both were kind with excellent bedside manner (or should I say chair side). We reviewed my options and I went for my 2nd visit which Dr. Long did an extraction with bone graft and I did just fine. Its RARE in this day and time that you find a establishment staffed with dedicated accomplished people like David and Dr. Long.

Well saying I loved it is not exactly right. It was tough the last 7 months going through extractions, full upper and lower dentures (I hated the dentures) However, finally got my implants 4 days ago and couldnt be happier... all except for biting my lip while it was still numb, but thats my fault. Dr. Long was good at explaining each step in the process, which is quite different than what you can read on the internet. So many places would have you believe you can go in one morning and come out with all new teeth with an implant system that afternoon. Im very glad I chose Dr. Long, the process was longer but I feel it was done right and the price was 27, 000 cheaper than the Dr. in North Carolina I first went to see about implants. I feel very confident now that I will have no major issues at all with my implants. Very thankful to have the ability to chew fully for the first time in years. Thank you Dr. Long and David Long, you guys rock.

I drove 1000 miles from florida to get 3 implants, which were pretty much painless. Now I am waiting the required 6 months before the crowns can be put on. I am also planning to get 1 more implant placed when I go back. So far, I am very pleased. They even made a nightguard for me, right on-the-spot, since the dental lab is in the same building. I was so pleased, that I had to ask Dr. Long if I could give her a hug as I was leaving .I will have to update after the crowns are placed, but I am expecting really good results, based on my experience so far. UPDATE: Aug 2012 After waiting 6 months for a bone graft to heal, I went back for the 4th implant to be placed. Dr. Long did an absolutely PAINLESS job, I didnt even need to take any pain meds except for ibuprofen for 1 day following the surgery.

I traveled from SC because of their competitive price. Dr. Long is a thorough and competent dentist beyond any I have known. I need other dental work that she doesnt do so I saw 2 local dentist for their evaluation and both commented on the quality of her implant. David made the crown, and it is impossible to see it is not my own. He is a perfectionist. Dont expect a fancy office or typical types of people, they are informal and somewhat "characters" in manor and appearance, but they are absolute professionals. You will be more then satisfied with the results. Ask her for my number and call me if you would like to talk more about it. Bob Klau

Dr. Long and David Long are just the best out there. I traveled from SW Florida to have my implants done and they are worth the travel. You will never meet a more caring dentist than Dr. Long or a more talented dental technician than David Long. The atmosphere in the office is just the best, its more like going to a good friends house than a dentist office, not a single implant office I have called in the last 2 years of doing my research for implants could beat their prices. So do your self a favor if you need implants Call them, you wont be sorry.
