Im a first time mom and my sister recommended Dr. Villagra. After taking her son there for the last 3 years. For my first visit, I had issues with my insurance, I had gotten mixed up with some information but dr. Villagra saw me in his office and I was surprised that he didnt turn me and my little girl away. I was so thankful.! On new years eve, I woke up to see an abnormal rash on my babies face. The doctors office was close but I left a message. I was so surprised that the doctor actually gave me a call back and I sent him photos of the rash and he was able to diagnose her and sent me medicine for her. Turned out to be a bacterial infection. This doctor has gone above and beyond my expectations and Im so thankful for what he has done for my baby! Definitely recommend him!

Receptionists were and are terribly rude. The lady who answered the phone said our baby was covered and they took our insurance. Once we came in, she lied to our face and claimed she never said that. Very rude, nasty people. Update -- my fiancé and I called Medicaid and our daughter is covered under Medicaid insurance for the first 30 days. Its literally a law and illegal for these people to deny our daughter. They are running a scam trying to collect their $130 first visit fee, and ignorant of the state law that all babies are covered under Medicaid for the first thirty days if the mother has it.

Im only giving 2 stars because of the horrible customer service from the employee named Faloma. She was very rude over the phone and even hung up on me. I then called back and asked for the manager or the doctor to call me. The doctor returned my call within 2 hours; he was extremely nice and supportive and apologetic. Its a shame that his employee would take away from an otherwise good experience with his office. I would recommend this doctor but stay clear of the rude employees and make sure to voice your opinion, please. Thank you for your time.

The warmest, most kind hearted pediatrician I have encountered. I worked 7 years in a hospital and know most of the pediatricians in the Montgomery county area - and I must say I am so glad to have found Dr. Villagra! Its been 8 years with him as my family pediatrician! Thank you Dr. Villagra for all of your amazing work and kindness through the years!

He is definitely a great Doctor, very knowledgeable and caring. I live about 40 minutes away but I dont mind the drive because is not always easy to find good Doctors. People at the reception have always been very helpful whenever Ive needed to change my appointment time. I will continue to bring my daughter to Right Care Pediatrics.
