WOW, This place is amazing . They saved my Dog from death roll with utmost care , compassion and love. My one year old Husky was really sick, not eating and vomiting a lot for past few days and I did not know what was wrong with him at all . I called this clinic after hours because they were open until 8 pm. I was really amazed when I was put in the room right away despite mine was a walk in at 7 . The Vet came in right away to examine my dog , did very thorough physical, asked very important questions about what my pet could have gotten hold for him being throwing a lot . He recommended very essential diagnostics , which were very affordable and Vet was right on the money with his diagnosis . They did work with me for the cost of treatment since I was not expecting him to have a surgery to remove a stuck toy, which was higher cost than typical pet treatments . The vet stayed until 10 pm to perform surgery , never looked at his watch and saved his life . Now my dog is fully back to normal and doing wonderful . I cannot thank them enough for showing such a great concern for my pet to provide top notch care to make a biggest difference in my life because my dog is my life at this stage of my life . I really liked the doctors, vet techs and whole team as they truly love what they do everyday for our furry friends . I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that has pets for their care . I also liked their wellness plans , which saved me bunch of money for initial work up of my pet so that I could go for actual surgery cost . Now, I became their life time customer to all my pets to them for all care they need . Rest is assured in their hands .

My experience with Tinseltown animal hospital was amazing. From my first phone call (with Mazi) all the way to the actual visit, the entire staff was professional and genuinely wanted to help me. When I arrived at the hospital it was extremely clean and the 3 girls at the front greeted me with huge smiles. Mazi immediately recognized us from the description of my cat and made me feel as though "Orange Kitty" (my cat) and I were a part of the family. She explained the wellness plan to me perfectly and got us situated into a room quickly. The vet tech (Vanesa) who helped us was absolutely incredible. She had so much knowledge and offered me all the things that orange kitty needed. She answered all of my questions joyfully (and I had a lot) and at one point had even shown me some videos that helped me to maintain Orange Kittys at home health. Just her alone, I give a 10! Dr. Cummins was fantastic! She had such a calming personality for my totally freaked out pet. She was gentle, yet thorough and took her time with us. You can tell the difference between someone who likes their job and someone who has passion for their purpose and she is one who definitely has a passion for the care of animals. You can tell she loves animals and wants to provide the best quality of care. Safe to say I wont be seeing anyone else besides her from now on. Everyone has a love for their pets, but for some of us our pets are our lives and it takes a very special group of people for us to let take care of them, the team at Tinseltown animal hospital are those people for me. I highly recommend to anyone.

Since my last name has since changed to Reiten, I am fully disclosing my AWFUL experiences at this vet!!! I have not a positive thing to mention in this review. Please, if you are looking for a vet go elsewhere! I am a very patient person but after three full years of headache, I finally had enough! My main gripe is the account manager. They over charged my account up to 8 times since we began the pet program and each time they vowed to get it right without success. One time, they attempted to refund me 80 dollars and I refused to take the refund because I knew it would come back! I had to call NUMEROUS times because they didnt draft my account for the wellness plan. Then, the WAIT times are TERRIBLE!! They stick you in a room for an hour easy! Overcharge for unnessary treatments. Then I called this week to pay my bill AGAIN because of another mixup and WOW my bill was $25 dollars higher due to my renewal fee that shouldnt have been charged. I told the account manager to just cancel our account and she proceeded to just cheerfully (giggling and all) agreed to let us go. We were not appreciated nor valuable apparently. 3 years of a loyal and honest customer out the door. Terrible terrible service. That account manager should be fired. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer by anyone as I did her. She does not care about the success of the vet if she runs people off as she did us. Oh, you will get weekly emails about appointments you never made. PLEASE DONT WASTE your time. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Tinseltown Animal Hospital.

Do not enroll in Complete Kitten package as a means to save money. Called around for quote on a kitten declaw. Was sold on the Complete Kitten package, when I was told it was only $36 a month and includes the declaw and office visits. Great, sure over the year I would pay more then the cost of the declaw, but at least my payments would be spread out. The girl selling me the package did not mention the $50 down. Whatever,I will pay it. When I come in to drop my kitten off the day of surgery after already signing up for the package I have to sign a piece of paper stating I agree to pay an additional $180 for all him medication. Wow! That was a lot more than I thought. The girl reminds me that since I am in the Complete Kitten package that I will get a discount on the medication and it will actually be less than the $180. Still disappointed I sign the paper and hand over my kitten. When I come to pick up the kitten the girl they send in to explain how to finish administrating the medication has no idea what she is talking about or what is going on (you have one job kid) I will talk to the Vet, no worries. Then when I go to check out surprise surprise, your total will be $234. Wait what?? I was told it would be less then $180. No, that was just an estimate, see it says right here. These people are either scammers or idiots. If you want a quote on a declaw for your kitten I would tell you about $716, because that is what I will be paying for trusting a bunch of scamming idiots.

Words can not describe how greatful I am to this facility and their staff!! My BIGGEST pet peeve is being taken advantage of because I love my dog!! My Maddie dog was having seizures and violently shaking that started during hurricane Irma. It was absolutely heart wrenching to see my dog suffering and In any kind of distress! After a recommendation from a friend, I contacted them as soon as the storm passed. I did not have a lot of money because of the storm from buying supplies. I was terrified I was going to watch my dog die!! Tinseltown Animal hospital helped me feel better, helped me stay calm, were just incredibly sympathetic and explained everything before cost was even mentioned. I explained to them I had very little money and had such a hard time choosing .. Tests? + Visit= no $ for meds. It was a fight in my head.. Until.. They decided to make sure my baby was taken care of regardless and did to not charge me for the visit or tests and only charged me for her medicines she needed. I literally broke out in tears!! A "Thank You" just does NOT say enough. I love my animals like they are my children I gave birth to. Had it not been for this establishment.. I would not have had any options to treating my baby! They NOW have a forever Loyal EXTREMELY HAPPY New Client here! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Thank you Dr Linda.. From the bottom of my heart and My Maddie Moo Moos big little puppy heart!!
