We LOVE Marcello Veterinary Hospital! We have used them for over 4 years for both of our babies! We trust the very friendly staff very much! They are all so wonderful and kind. They truly do care for their patients, and make sure the owners are happy! They even called us the day after we brought Molly (our dog) in to see how she was feeling, and all well with Patrick "Stranger" (our cat) after his surgery! I will continue to use Marcello, and will recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely horrible. Only went here because it was the only clinic open on a holiday. The vet told us our dog would need to stay in a pet hospital and see a neurologist, and all she had was worms! The vet is terrible, only in it for the money, and had my boyfriend and I in tears, telling us our dog might not make it. His bedside manner is horrendous, and he is very cold. I will NEVER bring my pets back. Go to Walthers or anywhere else.

Only in it for the money. Wouldnt try to help out a very sick animal that was moving in a few days across the country. Expected the animal to stay in the hospital for a week rather than provide some medication to stabilize it so it can make it across the country and to a new vet. Basically said if you dont do this your pet will die. Wanted money just to provide the records for the animal. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The veterinarians and assisting staff are very professional and friendly. They understand the importance of keeping excitement minimal to ensure the pet has a positive experience. As a plus, they allow your pet to visit in-between treatments to positively associate visiting the clinic as a good experience. I highly recommend this business for entrusting your pets health and well being.

Friendly staff, more expensive than other nearby vets. Have missed call on off hour emergency (Really bad dog fight between my beagle and much larger unknown dog) costing us more having to go to animal hospital. After inquired about it, I was told someone must have forgot to forward the phones and given a seemingly disingenuous apology.
