I have an older dog, and he hasnt been feeling well. I took him to the vet and they gave him meds. I am laid off for the winter so had to make payments. Which I paid. Bear still isnt doing well so I took him back in. They would not examine him or treat him because I didnt enough money on me. I paid my other payment. They put him down and bill me for that but not treat him. I will never go back!!!!!!

Dr. Bergfeld is extremely kind, compassionate, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Bergfeld because of her well-reasoned and attentive approach to my aging cat’s medical problem. Test results are available the same day and clearly explained. In addition, all of the staff members at Key West are friendly, willing to listen, and give good advice.
