Terrible experience! Never even seen a Dr the whole time and was kicked out at the peak of withdraw when they couldnt manage my symptoms. If you have chronic pain and trying to get off your medication DO NOT GO HERE, research herbs and vitamins and buy them yourself thats all they do here. There is no bathtub or anywhere to soak and relax your stiff muscles and you are not aloud to lay out in the sun with your swim suit. This place is like a jail, they do not come to your room and care for u, u are responsible while feeling terrible and hardly able to think straight to remember to go to a window at certain times to beg for help. These guys sent me on my way at the height of detox and also never gave back my prescribed medications upon kicking me out and then wanted me to sign a paper saying i was leaving against medical advice. Im fortunate to be alive still and on day 7 of detox . A hotel room with your own herbs and vitamins is more comfortable then novus and guess what they have a bathtub and when u feel well enough u have somewhere to swim and its not 800 a day. Just saying go somewhere more comfortable. Not worth the money, if they had pure godly intentions maybe they would refund the money, doubtful but will update if they do.

Amazing staff. Ive been to quite a few detox facilities and this by far is the most luxurious. I was greeted upon arrival by a team of very kind individuals - most being in recovery themselves. The intake was thorough and they give you the right amount of detox medication. A lot of times people will over medicate or under medicate- but because I was honest with the amount I used, I detoxed in a little less than 6 days. While I still have some post acute symptoms I am maintaining a drug free life and am on the right path to become a productive member of society. Novus was the first step in that process. If you are considering Novus, you wont be disappointed. Call them.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Everything was as close to perfect as it could be. I arrived as a totally broken waste of a person and left after only FIVE nights completely clean. I was crazy out of control and addicted to oxy, xanax and alcohol. I dont even recall hardly anything about the first two days because they made me so comfortable. When I had no interest in eating they brought something to my room and coaxed me into trying to eat something. Im a hotel snob but was super pleased with the facility. It is immaculate, modern and luxourous. Forget about wasting time comparing all the other options because this is the place to go.

I have referred many people to Novus Detox and have always been impressed by the high level of care and professionalism people receive there. The Novus protocols are like no one elses, truly unique, and achieve really safe and comfortable detoxification, while usually making a person even healthier than before they became dependent on drugs or alcohol. From what I have seen, this ensures an easier and more certain long term recovery. This team really knows what they are doing.

I came off a high level of methadone and the detox at novus was great cause the staff was very attentive and nice and always helped you out anyway they could includiing helping relieve symtoms you have and makiing sure you are fed ect . on top of that the facility is the nicest ive seen so far n its been a confotrable stay i highly recommend any one to come here if they are struggling to get off drugs.

The staff takes excellent care of their patients and they go above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable. They also help set up aftercare after you are discharged and if you ever need to come back like I have, their doors are always open.
