bad, bad, bad, you best be ready to spend 6=8 hours in there! first wait and wait to get your script to see a Dr., then you pick out frames, then you wait and wait for some one to call your name, then the cover nothing with you when they know you havent wore glasses before, okay so then then tell you to come back in couple hrs. you go back and wait again to be fitted, whatever. So you go home and try them out, cant see right yet, go back, another 8 hrs, huh, bad script, have to find new frames to fit this lense, go home and try a few days, well any way after 4 trips, leaving me glasses for 3 times, because the dont dot your pupils right, progressives very important to be right, well they have had my glasses and frames over a month!! no calls!!! i cant drive, id call not here, not here, well im getting them picked up 3=22=15, will follow up. Readers digest version..................never again, ridiculous and they all walk around like the dont care, the gen mngr is rude, asst mngr doesnt care and none of it was my fault!!! Run away! i would not give a star at all but you have to, too submit this

Ive had my last 4 exams here. Everytime Ive had a 2 hour long wait to begin my exam. The day (week or weekend) doesnt matter. Scheduling an appointment truly makes no difference. Youll wait just as long regardless of whether you walk in or schedule an appointment. Im surprised this place is still in business. Im currently waiting for to be seen and have been waiting for 57 minutes. I scheduled an exam on a day that was apparently not busy, but when I arrived, the desk staff stated that my appointment was not logged. I am now being considered a walk-in. This is my last time scheduling an exam with this company.

Actively avoid this place if all possible. Appointments mean nothing to them, seeing that they took me 30 minutes after I was scheduled. Then having to wait another 20 minutes before I even met with the optometrist. After all this I sat waiting to actually meet with someone about the frames I wished to purchase.... Almost an hour passed. The workers dont seem in any rush to help the clients. I witnessed them talking poorly about customers who called on the phone more frequently than actually doing their job. The sheer lack of respect for the customer was sickening. Not coming back

I tried this place and am deeply disappointed. The glasses I bought were not less expensive then LensCrafters as rumored. Then, in less then 9 months, they broke - an internal metal piece that held the arms. When I took back the defective glasses, they did not replace and did not repair. Their only offer - 25% off your next purchase. They were completely rude and completely unconcerned about my complaint. I will certainly never buy more defective or non-defective glasses here and would never recommend them to anyone.

Ive been seeing Dr. Eger for years, he has always treated my family and I with respect and kindness and is very gentle. He also takes time to talk to you during your exam and answers all questions you may have. It is a chain company but Dr. Eger and most of the staff make it seem like a private office. Wait time for my walk-in appts has never exceeded 15 minutes. The Dr. always makes sure my new contacts are comfortable and a good fit for me.

I called to make an appointment and check on plan acceptance, after waiting for over a hour, I finally was called and then found out that they did not accept my plan after all. Pot training and poor staff. Very bad experience over all.

I had made an appointment for 3 PM on a Wednesday. I arrived at 2:40 and wondered how long I would have to wait when I seen how busy they were. I had a exam and purchased glasses and was done at 4 PM. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!
