I met with Dr Conrad concerning a sensitivity to light, vision clarity, and my eyes hurting. He looked at my eyes and recommended glasses. I asked about the sensitivity to light and pain in my eyes, and he didnt really answer my questions. I got the distinct impression of being rushed out of the exam room so I could be sold a pair of glasses. I did not at all feel cared for and it cost me something like $140 for the exam. I was so offended by how I was treated, that I didnt even look at their glasses. I hope they were just having a bad day, but Id never go back or recommend them.

I have been with Dr. Conrad for several years. I feel that I receive good care in regards to eye exams. Their quality of glasses are above average compared to other eye stores. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. I will keep coming back!
