*Honest Review* Pros Extremely easy to make an appointment and be seen quickly. Dr. Safwan very personable, and friendly. Cons As a new patient of Dr. Ham, I expected to be greeted, and receive a brief explanation of the procedure. In the past, I had seen Dr. Safwan. She came in and said nothing not a Hello, Hi my name is.... That didnt sit well with me. She worked on one of my fillings, she did her part and told the assistant to "have at it" as if Im some type of animal... and walked out the room to another patient. It felt like an assembly line on my mouth. The dental assistant then did her part which she had difficulty doing... And at this point Im very uncomfortable... I decided I didnt want to go any further with that assistant or dentist. I allowed them them to finish that filling and rescheduled with Dr. Safwan. The only reason I took the time to do this review is because I feel the service was very poor. To this day the I feel like food is caught in between my teeth but its actually apart of my filling that was not done properly. Front office staff and billing needs improvement. Not in sync at all. It took 3 mos to receive a bill they had as 90 days past due ready to turn me over to collections. Mind you I was willing to pay the day of service but they couldnt determine how much I owed. I would not recommend Dr. Ham to anyone who wants to feel confident getting a procedure done. Dr. Safwan I would recommend.

Perfect for scared kids and nervous adults. The staff is incredibly nice. No pain! My 9 year old was shaking walking in and walked out with a smile! Would recommend. Also televisions and sunglasses if requested. Updated October 2015: I have reviewed once before but since my family is PCSing, I wanted to update. I love this office. They are extremely professional, fast and friendly. I am a nervous person and going to the dentist is a huge fear of mine. They in no way make me feel embarrassed if I need work done and will go over any work being done and what options I have. I have yet to have a bad experience. My son loves this office as well. He is never a fan of the dentist so that is amazing. Even something as small as offering a cold patient a blanket just blew my mind. I never knew a dental office could be so warm and caring. I am extremely sad to leave them but I hope this review will be seen by those new to the area and looking for a dentist. Please consider them. I am beyond satisfied that I did.

First, let me say that I already like Dr. Ham. I had a good experience with her and staff previously. My encounter today, I walked into a clinic with an upset patient. Nicole was extremely professional in how she took control of the situation. After that issue was resolved, she then came over to me and apologized for having to hear that situation. I was impressed! She owed me no apology, but I thought- "Wow, what great customer service!!!" I saw Dr. Rahman for a tooth extraction. He was amazing!!!!!! I didnt feel the shots, I didnt feel any pressure, it did NOT hurt at all when he started trying to remove the tooth! His dental tech(Jakaya), was also amazing!!!! She knew her stuff! She could explain it all( very informative), while trying to keep me calm and my mine off of what was about to take place! If you are looking for quality dental care and are big on AWESOME patient care. Look no further, this is the place for you!!! Thanks Tiny Town Dental- Carla Joyiens

Aftet waiting for 2 wks with a tooth i knew was bad and told the receptionst when I called. I came in to a hygenist that was rude to begin with. I hate going to the dentist but wanted a much needed cleaning and my tooth fixed. Waited forever after all the rudeness to be seen by Dr Hamm. I would never go back to her and will not allow my kids to either. She breezed in and instantly starting telling me how bad my teeth were and how I was going to eventually lose them. Oh and I cant have my teeth cleaned because I need to see a specialist? But the reason they were so bad is because I needed a cleaning. Ok that makes so much sense. Then when I asked about filling my cavity nope cant do that because it might not be worth saving? Thats my tooth of course I wanna try to save it. Never the less I will never go back and will make sure anyone that asks knows my experience with them and thier lack of care. They got thier money guess they are happy!!!!!

I cannot even begin to express my experience with Dr. Hams and her staff. For the first time in 50+ years, I actually feel comfortable going to see a dentist. Dr. Hams and her staff make you feel like a person as well as a patient. Dr. Hams explains ALL your options and the work she performs is to the highest standards. The staff members and Dr. Hams will talk to you as long as you need to fully understand the pros and cons of each option. I have visited Tiny Town Dental several times over the past several years and I have never been mistreated by any of the staff or talked down to by Dr. Hams for my oral hygiene practices. If you are looking for a new dentist, do not hesitate going to Tiny Town Dental, you will not be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying I actually liked it here. Everyone was super nice. They did get a little snotty over the phone sometimes but you can look past stuff like that. My only problem with the office is instead of fixing issues they would rather tell u not to come back. I was in pain and did not agree with a treatment from the doctor. Of course people are not always going to agree with each other. Instead of trying to see what we could do differently, or calling to see how I was feeling afterwards I get a letter saying she will no longer see me and I needed to find treatment else where. Too bad I actually liked you all.

The girls here are good enough I suppose. Everyone is friendly and they at least ACT like they want to help. But apparently the days of just going to a dentist to get your teeth fixed are long gone. Now, everything requires a "specialist" and these girls are no different. I needed to have a tooth extracted. They dont do that. So, after charging me $81 for a "consultation," they referred me to someone they thought DID do extractions. I would love to have a job where I could get paid $81 to take an x-ray and then say: "Thats not my job" and then refer the customer to someone else. What could be easier?

I cannot say enough about this office. Every visit (and there have been several in the last year) has been wonderful. Who can say that about the dentist? Truly, everyone there cares about the outcome of their patients and will offer advice. No one will sugar coat (pun intended) anything but they will do all they can to help and repair. The front office (especially Ms Penny) will listen to the ramblings of patients still numb from Novocain. I would absolutely recommend this Tiny Town Dental to anyone looking for a good practice.
