Dr. Tim and his staff are the BEST! Weve had regular visits for the past 3 years, and my kindergartner loves going--mostly for the goodie bag with new toothpaste, toothbrush, a sticker, and a toy--but he also enjoys the process of getting his teeth cleaned while wearing cool sunglasses. Today my 3-year-old was very anxious to go (after a recent visit to the ER for stitches, she is understandably scared of doctors), but the hygienist was able to calm her down and get her to fully cooperate. My daughter was smiling by the end of the appointment, and the rest of the day has bragged about how sparkly her teeth are. Dr. Tim spends quality time with each patient, and his personality makes both kid and parent feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Tennyson Pediatric could not have been better! Our toddler is as full of energy as any toddler can be, but the staff did a great job making her feel comfortable and calm. The waiting room is perfectly designed and decorated to not only make the dentists office visit enjoyable, but also fun. Dr. Tim is GREAT with kids and in addition to helping Harper to have a good experience with the dentist, he talked to us for quite a while to help with techniques on how make all her teeth brushing experiences at home a more fun and effective part of the daily routine! I wish my dentist when I was a kid was like Tim when I was a kid... that would have saved me years of anxiety about going to the dentist!

I brought my daughter here when she was one and it went smoothly. Scheduling has become very difficult since they are a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks out just for a cleaning. One of the staff members was very rude and they refused to let me schedule another appointment when I was 15 min late for my appointment standing there with my daughter. The staff member said they would never schedule her again and to take her to another dentist. I apologized for being late and offered to pay for the missed appointment to schedule a new one and she refused. Its very unfortunate because when I originally started taking my daughter here it was much easier and the scheduling was much more flexible maybe 3 weeks out.

The office is new and fun with lots of toys to get kids feeling comfortable. The whole team was welcoming and helped our little one slowly feel safe and at home, she went from tentative to holding everyones hand by the end. Dr Kelsey is so gentle and sweet and she took the time to ask lots of questions about brushing habits and gave us lots of tips. After going to a dentist that specializes in kids I dont know why I would ever take her to an adult dentist!

it was the worst experience ever the Doctor expected my 5 years old to cooperate as an adult without even explaining what she was going to do in a way that his mind would understand. she decided to stop just because he cried !!! any Doctor should assure his patient and calm him/her down and explain the procedure, because for any adult the dentist visit is unconformable and avoided so what does the doctor expect from a child???!!!

The dentists and staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful that I keep bringing my three kids here even though we live across town. My oldest had a traumatic experience with another dentist, and we were afraid hed develop a permanent fear of dentists because of it. Tennyson Pediatric Dentistry went out of their way to help him overcome that experience and see that going to the dentist can be an easy and pain-free experience.

Dr Kelsey took the time to carefully explain the implications of a minor procedure was able to perform the procedure right after the initial consultation. She is efficient, professional, and really cares about her young patients. Was immensely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish and look forward to seeing her for ongoing care. Everyone here is very professional, and the dentists are great with my kids. My little guy is terrified of the dentist, and they always do everything they can to make him comfortable. It is difficult to get in if you have to cancel, as they are 6-8 weeks out for a teeth cleaning, but overall they are great! My kids enjoy going to the dentist here, and I would highly recommend them.

We love this practice! Dr Kelsey made my daughters first visit at 18 months such a great experience that now she is 4 and excited all day about her appointment. She has even got her 2 year old brother on the excited about going to the dentist train. As a family physician its important to me that my children and their teeth become an important part of their health. Thank you!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Tennyson Pediatric Dentistry! My son has complicated issues with his teeth because of a cleft palate and all of the doctors and staff there have been fantastic in making him feel comfortable. He enjoys going to the dentist and just said this morning - "Dr. Kelsey is the BEST!"

Love that we found this place! Entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office environment is very welcoming for kids, and my two girls (ages 5 & 7) look forward to going to the dentist! They ask on a regular basis when they get to see Dr. Tim again. Thanks for being so wonderful!
