I had a bad experience here!! I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I originally went on March 15, and I am just now getting my glasses yesterday, April 12. Visit # 1, **Sat for over 2 hours before I was even seen, then back and forth from the exam room took another 2 hours, equaling over 4 hours out of my day. **I have vision insurance, but after the guy added a bunch of stuff that I didnt ask for, he quoted me over $500 that I would have owed them.. Im not a math genius, but Im no fool either!! after I had him to take off al the additional, unwanted extras, it bought the total of my glasses to a little over $200. and not to mention, they tried to give me the pair of sample glasses off of the display, (not and Im paying my good money) **Also, I tried to tell the Eye Doctor that I could not see out of the left contact, and he told me thats how I was supposed to see, wear them for a week and it should improve. Visit # 2 - follow up. **Told the Doctor that I could not see out of the left contact and he again, tried to tell me thats how I should see.. and I pretty much argued with him until he decided to change it. The new trial pair he gave me right then, I was able to see out of perfectly!! (Finally!) ** Now to the glasses I ordered, As soon as I put the glasses on, I was like "Whoa, I cant see out of the right eye", it was way too strong!! and once again, he tried to tell me thats because I needed to get use to them, wear them for a week. So, I was mad, but said, Ok **Then I noticed a gap between the both lenses and the frame that was big enough for me to stick my finger nail through, so once again. I had to leave the glasses and pick them up later that evening. **took over 2 1/2 hours again, (then had to come back to get the glasses that I left) Visit #3 - Follow up ** told the Dr that contacts were fine but, That I still could not see out of the glasses, (just like i said on visit # 2) So this Dr, tried to give me some bogus reason as to why I am seeing blurry out of these glasses, so at this point, I became pissed off, but in a very calm way, I explained to him that I when I put on a pair of glasses that it should not make me feel dizzy or that I cant judge the distance of something in front of me. I should not feel like I am going to trip and fall when I have them on, or that I am going to run into the back of the car in front of me!! I stated that I wasnt leaving until I got a different prescription!! So finally he changed it, and I could see a lot better, but I still dont think its the correct Rx. **And once again!! After they changed the Prescription out on the right eye, the new lens had a huge gap, big enough for me to stick my finger nail through. So I gave the glasses back to one of the girls and asked her to send them back to get adjusted and she began to tell me that The glasses are supposed to have a gap in them because of the thickness of the Rx changes the way the lens fits in.. So I told her that I had just had another lens tightened or adjusted the week before, but because they changed the lends, it needed to be adjusted again.. she continued to become argumentative with me, so at that point, I snapped on her and told her that I wasnt going to argue with her, but that she was going to send the glasses back so that they can be adjusted.. So she got an attitude snatched the glasses off of the counter and sent them to the back. Visit # 4 **Finally got the glasses, the lenses were better, but still didnt sit flush with the frame, but by that point I just didnt ever want to step foot back in this place, but I think I will have to, because the right lens still feels a little bit too strong. **** I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN ****

Maybe good doctor but the person that works at the reception answering calls on Saturday 1.7.17 at 2:30 your not the doctor are you. Your representing yourself that you are by speaking for him on his behalf wow with out contacting him red flag red flag all the way doc " be cautious I hope you know that theyre doing that " When I ask if you can contact the doctor and you put me on hold for a moment and pick back up and say no when You havent even talk to the doctor unless your able to place me on hold call doctor and back to me in just 20-25seconds well thats not right thats not right its not about what you want or what your doing its about your customers when your at your job and for me to tell you I need to ask and want to hear what the doctor says you stay on the phone in silence just hoping i Hang up wow good job. Hey owner that staff member needs to be seated down and informed she has a job from me the customer unless you you the owner also dont care about the customer. Me myself as a small business owner I look at the customer as my life source you pay me $10 a year or $100 both of you are my customers I need you both not the other way around Im not the big shop owner I still need my customers all of them I need so next time at least try to save a previous customer not just " ahh we got enough of them who cares if this one never returns" sorry I dont want to give my hard earned money to that business only how I show my gratitude at my business thank god for if and every and yes Im humbled for each of my customers from number 1 to the last all I need I want to do business with the ones the way I want the way I would do at my business. So the point is to the owner I give the 2stars to the front desk person. You want me change it to 5stars get me back as a customer thats all just to return and you get 5 stars. " THIS IS TO ALL OF YOU THAT WRITE REVIEWS LETS SEE HOW IMPORTANT A NO ONE BUT, BUT IS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER THAT FROM HIM AND MANY MORE JUST LIKE IS WHAT KEEPS THAT BUSINESS DOORS CONTINUING TO OPEN AND CLOSE EVERY DAY. LETS SEE IF THE OWNER IS "Passionate and actually appreciate having this business". If you see me edit this review it is a business you want to do business with if you dont thats a 50-50 your call really

I cant say Ive experienced any rudeness, perhaps this was prior to now, the personnel I have worked with so far have been very accommodating. They hit a vacation deadline for me and did it with a smile. I have had nothing but problems getting my eye to work in the exam rooms that I have been in and they spent the time I needed to dial it in... Lenscrafters failed on 2 separate occasions (3 years apart) to get it right for me and they refused to continue to correct the positioning of the lenses. Pearl was not any different and I settled for a lined bifocal. So far as I can tell, Im the problem and I think Visionworks has assisted me very well in getting my issues addressed... even with my telling them up front that I have made 3 attempts to get progressives and that I have gone through 9 sets and have not been able to get them right... they are still helping me to correct my left lens (second replacement) and the right lens is perfect after it was replace once.
