My only complaint about the South Point location is that you can rarely get anyone to answer the phone. Maybe the wrong phone number is published but when there is no answer a fax machine picks up. No recording. I also tried calling JCP directly and transferring to the Optical side, no success, I got the fax machine again. My rating is solely based on the ease of getting someone on the phone.

It was great at first. Now the customer service skills are dropping. I work in the same field and I know it can be challenging however I remain professional. I came in today just to pick up contacts at 4:45 and they close at 5. Nobody said anything to me. They let me stand there till closing. Didnt even ask me did I need me anything. Im disappointed.

Looked online to see the hours of Operation. They dont match actual hours. Online said open till 5pm, but they closed at 4pm. Waste of my gas & time. They never answer the phone either. Horrible.
