Dr Mariely is a great doctor. However I have no choice but to take my son elsewhere. The front desk staff is inefficient and cold. The front desk staff has never been understanding or even cordial to me and other parents. Its a shame because the location is perfect and the doctor is great. I had an insurance issue once that wasnt their fault (but guess what, it wasnt my fault or my sons fault either) and as soon as the clock hit 12:00pm the front desk lady told me they were at lunch. I told her I was trying to get the issue resolved and to please check my sons coverage again on her computer. She reluctantly and with attitude checked her database and told me that my son still didnt have coverage. I then told her that my son needed to see the doctor, and that I would be back when they returned from lunch to also give me time to get the insurance issue resolved. She then said that they wouldnt take care of my son and that I had to set up an appointment for another day. I am not holding them responsible for my insurance issue, however, they should have been more courteous and understanding.

Things have not gotten any better since the last review. I am leaving this office because I do not speak Spanish which I learned seems to get you priority when waiting to see the doctor. I was waiting (with an appointment) for a half an hour when another family came in. After about 45 minutes (15 for her), she went to the counter and spoke in Spanish. After an hour (half hour for her), she and her two kids went in ahead of us. We walked out and never received a call asking what had happened or if we needed to set up another appointment. In addition, my wife and I have not felt like our son was receiving good enough care. Every visit, after the wait to get in, felt rushed and the Doctors do not agree on treatments. I can Google and get better results. Prescriptions have always gone to the wrong place causing unnecessary travel time to find out there was no prescription put in for the place we asked for. This has happened 100% of the time. Good luck folks!

This place was great in the beginning... then they became a joke!! Called for 4 hours in need of a sick appointment for my 3 year old! When I FINALLY got a hold of someone they said they didnt have anything for the next 3 days that I should have called before noon.... I started calling at 9:30!?!?!? That happened to me twice... and when I voiced my concerns with them not have available time for toddlers with an ear infection the lady got rude and hung up on me TWICE! They are a joke! The dr treated ME like a child because she assumed I was a teenage mom (Im 26!) and my child refuses to go back because she doesnt like the doctor. Do yourself a favor, dont waste your time!!!! Theyre a medicaid office that treats people like a number rather than a person! They disgust me...

Dr Murray is always willing to listen and discuss. She thinks out of the box. She takes the time to develop relationships that builds confidence that your child matters and is not just a number. I had had positive experiences with pediatricians until we met Dr Murray. We were one of her first patients in her Apopka office and we have never looked back. I complete confidence in her and her staff

The Doctor has no bed side manners. She is very mean to the children. She down grades the parents. and is extremely uncompassionate. The Receptionist is rude, mean, sarcastic and disrespectful. EVERYONE SEEMS LIKE THEY HATE THE JOB. The only good thing about the office is the nurse practitioner she is very sweet and great with the kids.

This place is so ghetto. They make you wait in the hot sun until they open the doors in the morning. We got babies sweating to see the doctor. Metaphorically and literally speaking! The receptionist sense of entitlement is unbridled. She must be banging the doctor because I cant find any other reason why she works there..

I am not pleased with this doctor. She blames every symptom on allergies. Granted the symptoms could be a result of allergies but when I keep taking my child back saying the allergy medication is not working the end result is her prescribing the same allergy medication again. The wait is lengthy. Thats my experience.

This Dr is great with my kids. She doesnt rush out of the room like a lot of Drs. She also takes her time to talk to us, and is very kind. My daughter really likes her. Decent waiting time too. I would recommend anytime.

I love thw doctors but the people at the front office are rude if you dont speak Spanish you wait forever to get in. Its so annoying i have waited 2hours before to see a doctor who was not even ky actual doctor.

My children have been patients of Dr. Murray since they were new born. They are now teenagers and we have never had a bad experience with Dr. Murray. We have always been treated professionally and courteously.

Dr. Murray is wonderful. Her & nurses are so compassionate with the little ones.T My Only complaint the reception (and it has been several different people ) in the same chair , are very rude.
