At first Dr Arango won us over, has an very nice demeanor and personality for children. Cooperated with our immunizations requests. One of the first questions we asked when we started going was, "If our child need to see a specialist, would you refer us promptly?" He answered that he would. Three months later, and my child is still sick with the exact same symtoms, three doctors vists and each time, I am loaded up with Cough syrup presciptions. Reluctant to give a single round of antibiotics. Not a single lab work request, or referal. I am sad to say my opinion of this office, is that this office is more concerned with getting the money out of your wallet than acurately treating its little patients. We ended up at Baptist hospital with our child (over a hellish weekend), where she recieved treatment. It was affirmed to us that the previous treatments were inadequate and we were prescribed antibiotic, which is having a marked improvement. We are taking the iniative and following up with an ENT and removing our children from the care of this practice.

Dr. Arango is fantastic, he has seen both our kids since day one! Never rushes off and addresses all of our concerns. However, when this practice gets booked we get sent to the original office for physicals and whatnot, the PAs see our kids. Both PAs we have seen really are horrible, poor beside manners, weve complained about one before but nothing changed. This past week we had to see the other one. She needs to be more gentle with the kids and be more empathetic and concerned, and stop treating parents like they are ignorant and unconcerned. We will not be doing anything like that again, wait for an appointment with your regular doctors.

Dr. Arango is probably one of the doctors in the world. To the person who stated that he is reluctant to give antibiotics "PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF ". Antibiotics are used for BACTERIA! We as a nation have over used them for viruses. Thats why we have super infections nowadays. Viruses can be controlled, HIV, for example BUT cannot be cured

I started going to this office 8 years ago. All 3 of my children get the best care. My middle child was premature by 10 weeks. I have never had a bad experience. He is a very straight forward doctor doesnt sugar coat.My children love him. And i couldnt see us going anywhere else. And the office staff and the nurses are amazing as well.
