This star is only for the ER staff. I have been battling the incompetence of the billing department for both the facility and the doctors for almost a year...end result being sent to a collection agency and on my credit report. I gave as required my insurance CARD to registration during an ER visit both April and June of 2016. For FIVE months I called and complained about receiving an invoice and again providing my insurance information and the call ended the same, we will rebill the correct insurance company. This finally took place in NOVEMBER and my insurance carrier denied the claim because it was past the filing deadline. So what does THIS hospital do? Send me yet another bill. I sent an appeal for my insurance to pay explaining this 5 month hassle I have been enduring. Guess what? THIS hospital sends ME to a collection agency over their inability to read and comprehend...now I have to fight to remove this from my credit report...it is my prayer that I never need this hospital again. I would rather die first.

I wish I could give this hospital 10 stars. My 5 year old son was with me at with today and as we were leaving, he ran outside while I sat the alarm. When I got outside he was walking to me when out of nowhere he grabbed his side and screamed like I have never heard before. This continued for well over several minutes and I rushed him to this hospital. They were OUTSTANDING!! not only did they make him feel safe but they put my fears to rest immediately. It turned out to be nothing but gas, and I was embarrassed but they assured me that I did the right thing and told me that I did not need to feel embarrassed. There are other hospitals that would have told me I wasted there time.... I live in downtown Memphis but I will never go to another hospital. They really do care here...

Their billing department is terrible! We received a bill from them for an ER visit and we paid the bill promptly. It turns out our insurance provider made a mistake and the hospital was out of network, causing our bill to go up. Without telling us or sending a new bill, they sent the bill straight to collections. We were harassed by bill collectors and were unsure why it was happening. I called the hospital and was told they would send me an updated billing statement showing the detail of the charges. Never did. Terrible customer service and terrible policies! I would give zero stars if I could.

md was nice and seem to be concerned about the patient. the staff would not pay any attention to the patient concerns. this was my second attempt to do the study and i was apprehensive to say the least. Putting me in a room with no windows and not allowing the door to be open made it worse. chairs were equivalent to nail kegs. when i call to get the result of the test, all i get is an answering machine and no return call, no e mail no text message. I assume there was no problem and I will move on with my dull uneventful life and forget that I ever went there.

I am from out of town, while here unfortunately for me, I had to visit the local hospital emergency facility. I turned to Google and stumbled across the Baptist hospital here in Collierville. And I wasnt the least bit disappointed in the service that I had while here. From the staff to the nurses,wonderful treatment. Not to mention the awesome doctor that treated me....caring, respectful, all were genuinely sincere about my well being. Thank You Baptist hospital of Collierville TN.

Recently had need for ER facilities. Though out of insurance network, time was most important. Baptist Memorial/Collierville, being three miles away, was our choice. The ER team, was efficient, professional, and I say Awesome! The nurses at Baptist were exceptional ! ER workers, in my opinion can definitely be the difference in life or death! Id like to thank everyone who took care of me at Baptist , Collierville, Tn.

Currently in room 355, the nurses and staff here are wonderful but there is a reason I mentioned the room number. The audio on the television is garbled and apparently cant be repaired so make sure you dont get room 355 unless you are TV free in which case you might want to request 355.

I was very pleased with my experience at Baptist Hospital in Collierville, TN. They were all so friendly, and helped me get the treatment I needed. Nurse Practitioner Michaelena, Dr. Singh, and the other nurses and staff were all so friendly. Very pleased patient.
