My daughter got braces when we were living in California, then we moved to Atlanta six months later. We went to see 3 orthodontists, before someone recommended Silver Smiles to us. Im so thankful that they did. Im not going to name names of the other orthodontists that we saw for consultations, but I didnt even realize how unethical they were, until I saw Dr. Silver. They all told me that they would need to remove my daughters current braces, and and put on "their brackets" that they work with. So, not only would I have to to walk away from all of the money I had already paid for her braces being put on, and the six months of treatment ($2500), and pay another $5000 to them, to basically start over, but my daughter would have had to go through having her newly cemented brackets removed, and new ones put on, which would have been horrible to do to her teeth. Who does that to a child to make a little more money? Enter Dr. Silver. He said that he could absolutely work with her existing brackets, her treatment time wouldnt be any longer, and might even end up being less time that her original orthodontist quoted us, and it was! She got her braces off a month before she reached her two year mark of having them on. And, they charged us less than we would have paid if we had stayed in California with her old ortho. I dont understand the science, but somehow, they were able to do her treatment in less visits, and her teeth didnt hurt for days, like they did with her first orthodontist. I used to only be able to give her soft foods for three days after shed get her wires adjusted, and that didnt happen to her at Silver Smiles. Dr. Silver and Dr. Megan are so great at what they do, and they are so friendly, and will thoroughly explain your childs treatment plan and progress. Their staff is so nice, too. Brenda is so friendly and inviting every time you walk in for an appointment. I have three kids, and stay very busy with them, so there were times I needed to switch our appointments around, and they always worked with us, and were able to accommodate us. Its so incredible to find orthodontists who are both extremely skilled and knowledgeable, as well as ethical. You will be so happy if you choose them to take care of your orthodontic needs.

I had always been embarrassed of my teeth and never wanted to smile. As an adult, I was hesitant to have braces placed, so I went to several orthodontic offices for consultations. Thank goodness a friend of mine told me to go to Silver Smiles. Dr. Silver and Dr. Schaefer are awesome. The staff is wonderful and make you feel so welcome. Their prices were less than every other office I went to, but their service was second to none. The entire experience was amazing. I have had my braces off now for 2 months and I couldnt be happier. I smile all the time and my confidence has truly improved. If you need a great orthodontist, go to Silver Smiles. You will not be disappointed!

5 years ago I had 3 children facing orthodontic treatment. I did a ton of research and visited 4 different orthodontists and took advantage of their free consults. Very quickly I realized that Dr. Silver had the best plan of treatment for all 3 of my children. His staff was so courteous and friendly. They truly care! He is the only orthodontist that was honest in saying that my kids did not need 2 sets of braces each. Between just having one set of braces per child and them giving a multi-kid discount, we haved saved thousands of dollars. I truly believe we have gotten the BEST care in orthodontics! I went to Dr. Silvers in hopes of correcting an almost 45 percent rotation and crowding at the bottom. The whole staff was friendly, genuinely sensitive of their patients needs, and made sure each patient was comfortable. Their payment plans are extremely flexible and reasonable. The orthodontists and staff at Silver Smiles have been great. All are friendly and helpful. They have put braces on 2 of our children so far. We will return to them for 2 more in a few years. Our daughter just had braces removed today and her smile looks great. Dr. Silve r took time to go over the results, showing us before and after pictures. In 18 months, they were always punctual with appointments. I highly recommend Silver Smiles!

I had 3 children over the last 15 years get braces here. I used both the midtown and Snellville locations. Their teeth look fabulous!! The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Dr Silver was courteous. I brought my daughter back when she starting having TMJ issues and he helped us get on the right track to a specialist. I would recommend Silver Smiles to everyone.

Terrible place to go... I had braces for 3 years at this place. Every time I came in they treated me so disrespectfuly! They overcharged us, didnt even finish the process, talked bad about me, and worst of all.. this old man would breath in my mouth and go "hmmmm"..
