Very professional & welcoming staff. Dr. Malkiel is patient & understanding. Whenever Ive had an urgent issue, I was able to get an appointment right away. This doctor will not just let you suffer over a weekend. Both he & his staff are aware of my insurance requirements, and they worked with me so that I could understand both my covered benefits & my expected out-of-pocket expense. This information, along with my dental options, were made clear to me so that I could make informed decisions regarding my treatment.
