Dr Shah has been an absolute blessing. When I saw Dr Shah initially, I had TMJ and had lost a number of teeth on either side of the mouth because of misplaced pressure. I was unable to smile with an open mouth and had problems chewing food. I was extremely conscious and had become shy of meeting people. I needed a bridge made but most dentists had found this very challenging as the space inside the mouth was reduced and because of the loss of several teeth, anchoring was also difficult. In addition, I had other health issues. Dr Shah made me very comfortable. I found him very knowledgeable about general and dental health. He is conversant with the latest, State of the Art technologies and prescribed a very thorough plan. He implemented it with caring and genuine concern for my physical and emotional comfort. He crafted a bite to enlarge the space in the mouth and then created an excellent bridge device. Also, when he actually worked hands on, I found him to be very gentle and dexterous. He was kind, patient and strove for perfection. He works with a jeweler’s precision to create truly marvelous smiles and every smile created by him is a work of art! In addition, the office staff is efficient and caring. There was little wait time. They were sensitive to my needs.The cost of the treatment was reasonable and well worth it. The treatment has been a tremendous relief. It has allowed me to chew properly and has also created an aesthetic effect that allows me to confidently smile with my mouth open. I feel so much better in every way. The whole experience has been truly rewarding. I recommend Dr Shah without hesitation. Dental Smiles at Suwanee is the BEST!

My family and I went for an annual cleaning. The staff and service was impeccable! Very clean and professional place of business. Staff is very down to earth from the time you come in the door, until you leave. Ashley and Nicole was very knowledgeable about ALL my insurance questions. The young lady that cleaned our teeth was amazing. Dr. Ougeri is gentle and thorough! You have a dental plan set up, if needed, with appointments booked in advance based off of your schedule. Not actually writing to feeling out paperwork but, typing on a tablet was great. And TVs over your chair as your getting worked on is a great touch for comfortability as well. They also have for our convenience, Saturday appointments once a month but get booked up rather quickly. My family and I were all finished in a little over an hour. So signing in, new patients paperwork, cleaning, discussing dental hygiene, handling insurance questions and setting up a dental plan for future visits...in a little over an hour. This is exactly what I was looking for, for my family. I highly recommend Complete Dental! Keep up the good work!

I went here on a recommendation by a colleague because they told me this place can do root canals and crowns all in the office without needing referrals. I have a LOT of dental work that needs to be done, including root canal. The staff at this office made me feel comfortable even though I was worried about all of the work theyll need to do and how Ill pay for it. They arranged a payment plan so I wont get stuck with an astronomical bill. I would definitely recommend this office if you need a lot of work done and have decent insurance. They said theyll need me to come in every 3 weeks for the appointments in order to maintain the payment plan, but with the huge amount I need done, its worth it. Plus theyre open on Saturdays.

My family and I have been coming to this dentist since I moved to the area a little over 3 years ago. We have all had quite a bit of work done to our teeth during this time period, and we have been pleased with the results. They are even able to perform many surgeries that many dental offices have to refer you to a specialist to complete. The staff is well educated, very friendly, not making us feel rushed and is always timely in their appointments. Quality service is what stands out in a competitive market setting and is one of the things I value most about Complete Dental of Suwanee, especially under new management.

Complete Dental of Swuanee has a very positive atmosphere collectively! From the Receptionist, to the Assistants! However, Dr. Chiru was awesome! She was very patient and made me feel really comfortable prior to starting the procedure (couldnt feel a thing). My past experiences werent so great with dentist, so naturally I had my reservations. But after seeing her, I would definitely recommend Dr. Chiru. Especially if youre a nervous wreck like myself, shes official!!

Had a crown come loose and the dentist who installed not any of the other 9 locations for great expressions I contacted could get me in to simply re-cement it. I was referred to Complete Dental of Suwanee by 1-800-Dentist after I tired of calling other practices and they were very helpful, getting me in the same day and fixing my problem. In this day of lost customer service, they went above and beyond and I will be moving my business to them.

Weve been seeing Dr. Ogueri for many years now. Shes super gentle and thorough. Even my little ones love her! We especially love Saturday hours. It makes it super easy to stay on schedule with cleanings and exams during the school year. The staff at Complete Dental is great too!!

This office is incompetent, they dont follow up on calls. The first time I visited was a reckoning ball. They have a big turnaround of staff. No one stays They are not true to their word. Stay away if you are smart. They pretend to be nice to you.

Love it here! Chiru is a great teacher and really believes in hands on learning! I can really trust her for my teeth. Wouldnt have wanted it any other way. And I feel that she cares about me as a person :) 12/10 would recommend!
