Parents have been going for 30-40+ years I believe, I myself my entire life of 24 years. Always been slow, but lately its worse, they charge a lot more and getting ridiculous. Average 2-6+ hour wait past your appointment time. Its nearly been a week past my visit now and ive not gotten my prescription of whatever they thought I needed, because they send it digitally to your place to pick it up now. You get a family atmosphere here, nice people, but I wonder about the timing. 4 hours waiting past your scheduled visit time, only about 5 people go in during that, with 25 people in the waiting room. By the time im out of the back room leaving, only 3 patients left to see the doctor. Did they all leave or did they do the entire days work while I was in there for a short time. Sick people kept sitting directly beside me and I kept having to move to the much more open free seats, I do not look like a friendly fellow, I did not talk to them, so I question why? Because they want to get me sick to. So very rude. I had moved 4-5 times while waiting because of that. Not related to the office but about the patients. Same tv in the little break room from when I was a little kid, never seen it on, I assume it is a paperweight or still waiting to go in to see the doctor. This last visit has made me really consider finding a new family doctor for myself. *Being sent back to get full co-pay for first time ever *Sick people kept trying to sit next to me since the office was filling up since no one was being seen *Not getting whatever medicine was going to be given to me since they do not give you paper to get it at any location to be filled or to buy *Always long wait time *Sent somewhere else to get other stuff checked out for another sum of money and more waiting

I really liked my doctor at Calera Family Health. Unfortunately, due to a job transfer out of state, I had to move and can no longer go to this clinic. I have to say, in the city where I now live, I have yet to find a doctor that is as good and helpful as Dr. Turner. I went to his clinic for 12 years and sometimes I had to wait but mostly I got in at a reasonable amount of time. Calera is a small town which has recently acquired many new subdivisions in, around and on the outskirts of the area. Most everyone in the area goes to the Calera clinic for treatment. The doctors there would not turn a patient away. They accepted walk-ins and tried to take care of everyone. Also, Dr. Turner always took time with his patients. He always sat down with me and took notes, was always very polite and he is an excellent diagnostician. A little extra wait time occasionally did not really bother me because I knew I had a really good physician at the Calera Family Health clinic and it was always worth the wait to get proper medical care.

I absolutely love calera family health there always kind and treat me well my doctor is doctor turner and he sits down with me and explains what is going on with me like today my lower back is deteriorating again so now I gotta go throw all the steps I have done before to get my back surgery again but I absolutely love doctor turner he is a good and wonderful doctor yes you might have to wait some but in the out come you will know whats actually going on the surgeon who took my gallbladder out admitted me to the hospital cause I was hurting in both of my sides and my scars are hott to the touch Dr turner knows exactly what he is doing so yeah I have pinch nerves in my sides and lumber disc is deteriorating But I Also have God And He will guide Dr turner to find everything that is wrong with me In Jesus Name Amen!

Always home feeling kind docs and polite staff. The atmosphere is a blessing to be apart of a joyfull experience. I would like to also give a little praise to first the LORD, and secondly, my favorite nurse who saved my life to ELIZABETH, AND DR TURNER THANK YOU AND,YOUR awesome staff Yours truly David Vinson.

Terrible wait time! Today I waited 3 hours an never seen the DR. When I signed in the lady at desk immediately sent me for blood work, who is she to decide I need blood work. All I wanted was to discuss some medicine I had taken a few years ago. BTW Ive been seeing this Dr for 30+years

After being a patient of Dr Turner s since I was a small child, he divided not to take my insurance after I was told he would. And now they wont give my copay back. I can not believe after being a patient for over 35 years Dr Michael Turner can be so cruel!!!

Terrible communication. I cant even comment on the the doctors because every time I have called to set up an appointment I get routed to the nurse line, leave a message, and never hear back. May be great doctors, but their communication is absolute garbage.

This wait is just insane. I seriously came up here to get blood drawn to get my thyroid and hormone levels checked and I have been here for THREE HOURS. And all theyve done is a urine test. Like why?! Why. I havent even seen a doctor.

Have been trying to get appointment for three days. Left message for nurse. Tried to call today during business hours and they have had after hours message on all morning. Time to find another place to go.
