If I could give this business zero stars, I definitely would. Ive never had a decent experience at this office. The office staff is totally incompetent and cant even work a fax machine properly, leading me to not be able to get an extremely important prescription filled for five entire days. They never return my calls after promising they will and doctors have had to call me numerous times to apologize for the carelessness of their office staff. The office staff is also shockingly rude and go above and beyond to show that they do not care at all about the needs of their patients. On several occasions, I have scheduled appointments with Dr. Barbara to find out after I arrive at the office that I had actually been scheduled with Nurse Practioner Ingrid without being notified. If there is any advice I can offer someone interested in visiting this doctors office, PLEASE save yourself the stress and trouble and make an appointment somewhere else. You will regret going here.

Rude, unprofessional staff and unorganized office. My concerns were barely addressed,( leaving twice without prescription because she forgot & staff refused to give her a message for me. ) the office had the hardest time communicating clear results with me, multiple calls with mixed info. In the office I was treated very poorly during both visits, like I was a bother. When I brought my concerns to Barbara Thompson she said she would talk to her staff, however, when I left one of her employees said a snide remark to me about their "talk". I will never be returning here and I would advise you all to make appointment elsewhere.

I liked my doctor, but I cant deal with her office management. They are rude, and the most unorganized place Ive ever seen. They forget everything, lose your paperwork, wont return calls, wont give doctors messages, wont call in scripts that they say they will. You would think they would be a little more apologetic, but instead they are rude. The office management is the problem. The doctors are great, but letting everyone else ruin their business. I suggest you dont waste your time here.

Horrible! They dont call you when they need too change appointments. They lose paperwork. Rude staff . you wait forever. They dont call with lab results. But love to argue with you. Keep looking these people dont have a clue.

This is the worst clinic ever. The staff is rude and they make no effort to help you. They expect you to be on time then you wait forever to be seen. I will not go back and I suggest you do the same.
