Most of the staff are nice except for the billing department. They want to accuse the patient for giving the wrong information to bill your insurance company. I was basically called a liar from Kay, when I told her I only gave them 1 ( my only primary insurance), not 2 insurances. Also, spoke with Tanya. NO HELP!!! Kudos, to Sara for giving me helpful information and a phone number they had all this time. All I wanted was all of us to be on the same page. Ive been working on this for almost a year. The lesson here folks, if you know what insurance information youve given any doctors office and you they screw you on the bill. Most of the staff are nice except for the billing department. Dont go here they charge you a copay than later on charge you again cuz they put everything under urgent care without telling you! Honestly they dont even deserve one star from me! Worst Dr. Ive ever been to!
