This place is horrible!! My 5 month old has had pneumonia for over 2 months now!! Theyve sent him home over 4 times saying hes fine. Cancelled his last appt so they could leave early and has been over 3 weeks and still hasnt gotten him. Trying to transfer them to someone else but they are refusing to fax their medical records over! I called in to see why they arent faxing them and they hung up on me twice!!! The dr and office manager refuses to speak with me about it. I do not recommend anyone to EVER bring their kids here. Ive never seen people that do NOT care about kids like them. Im having to get an attorney just to get my kids medical records from them!

These people are rude. First time I went in I thought, well people have bad days.But, further going there I realize thats just who they are, Rude they dont care your just another person and they love arguing with you. The supervisor is the worst they really need people skills. Will never go back could never or will never recommend this place. Save yourself the time since you already will be sitting and waiting for an hour each time to be treated like the child and not the parent.

I have used them since my daughter was born 14 years ago. I also use them for my son who is 10. Wonderful place. Very friendly staff and can get same day appointments. Only once were they full but the still take walk in. When you have an appointment the wait is not long. Now if you are a walk in you do have a wait. I lived close by when I originally toke my daughter there but when we move 9 years ago I still continue to use them Even though it is now a 40 minute drive.

This is by far the worst place to take a kid! Make an appointment and wait 45 min before you finally get fed up enough To go up and cancel the appointment . Then to have the lady at the front be fine with the fact that youve been waiting and shut the window in my wifes face for saying she feels like it wasnt great Service for someone new to the area looking for a new dr. Terrible! Defiantly go any where else! For a lack of a better word...This place simply SUCKS!!!!!!

My son is 5 now an hasnt been able to talk been taken him here since he was born along with my other kids but every time I go they ask me if I know whats wrong like wtf Ive been bringing him to see if yall could help me. But no one seems to know I think he has autism but they dont but Want have him tested or just refer him so I could at lest find out

Wont ever go back. They dont take your concerns seriously at all. My 5 month old has pneumonia and has apparently had it for a bit and they kept telling me he was fine after me bringing him in 4 times. His last appt was cancelled just bc his dr wanted to take off early and they never rescheduled him. Would not recommend them!
