I cannot even begin to say how overly happy I am with Banfield. On Saturday I took my Yoda to a place I can describe as hell VCA HILLSBORO. Me being the mommy of a sick cat, who is my baby, watched them man handle my 7 year old cat, they presented me with some estimate,) Im no Vet but no dummy as well. They wanted to do blood work, check his Thyroid, nothing else. Long story short took him to Banfield they did have list of test needed Thyroid was not one, as well visit was free, VCA WAS TO BE FREE BUY THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. VCA IS FRAUD ITS ABOUT MONEY NOT TRUE CARE. Babfield did ALL SPOT ON, he seen them Monday, it is now Friday and he is nibbling on food, but I will be sure to continue to feed him so his energy will be better each day. They didnt man handle my cat. Banfield is by far the BEST. FRIENDLY CARING FOR THE ANIMALS AND OWNERS. I AM OFFICIALLY A CLIENT FOR LIFE. Its a Riff Off, I have the plan but needed to bring my dog for Dental cleaning and i wanted one of his teeth to be extracted at this location they was the only one that appointments available right away. They charge me $100 and they didnt do any of the work but I still have to pay because they claimed they did blood work when the girl told me it was going to be 58.00. They quoted me twice as much as my original location. When I said no, because I knew they was trying to get more money. They called me back and said the can do the surgery and Dental for 350. I told them I will be there to pick-up my dog. Thats why they had appointments available because they are a rip-off at this location.

This is worst Banfield I have ever been to in my life. They all need to be trained in customer service. I dropped off my dog at about 9:45am for a drop off and and no one called me as of 1:40pm to advise as to the status of my dog. I had to call and check on her and I found out that they did absolutely nothing with my dog. I didnt even get any apology just an excuse that she is a drop off and they need authorization from me to run tests on her. How about calling me to get authorization instead of having my dog sit in a cage all day? This place is the worst.

I took My 1 year old cat Alvin in for his yearly check up and vaccines. I had a really great experience. The vet Dr. Salinas is very kind and very informative. I really enjoyed being there . I felt really comfortable. All the Vet techs were great too! They really guide you through. Any questions you have they will answer and very thoroughly. I signed up for an affordable wellness plan as well. I recommend Banfield pet hospital in Margate FL to anyone. Thanks Banfield!

After 17 years with my dog Ive been to my share of veterinarians, both at Banfield clinics and otherwise. In my experience with Banfield, its like anything else, sometimes its great sometimes you gotta wait, sometimes the vet is ok, sometimes theyre great. Regarding this specific location, Dr. Salinas is an angel, and possibly my favorite vet in 17 years! Shes knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. Shes caring and wonderful with your pet.

Ive been happiest with this particular Banfield location out of all the ones I used to take my dogs to (up in the Orlando area, Boca, Coral Springs -- this one is the best!). Dr. Harrington is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only good things to say about this particular location. I bring all 3 of my dogs here and they are in good hands :)

This place is awesome! We take our two dogs here and they are so caring and gentle with them. We especially love that they dont try to sell you on stuff like most of the other places we have been to do.
