Good on day one bad on day 2. They call me Tuesday to confirm a 9am appointment for Wednesday. I agree. I show up at 845am, they are closed. Someone enters at 850 and locks the door. I go back to my car because its raining. 2 more show up at 9am and I follow them in only to find out that my appointment has to be rescheduled. These people have a sign that says 24 hour notice required for cancelations, but they dont even practice that themselves. When I was a child they used to treat cavities the same day they were discovered. Now you have to wait a week to get anything else serviced only to have your appointment cancel at the last minute when you show up.

Not a good experience when doctor and assistant are in a heated debate in front of a patient and other employees are trying to rush the dentist. People really want their mouths to be handled with care and not rushed. The dentist himself paid close attention to detail and did awesome job on my crown. They arent bad as far as knowing what they are doing. But the professionalism needs alot of work. If people would humble themselves and just learn what their mentors are trying to teach they would find themselves in a much better position.

Not sure about those google reviews! My first time in Royal Dental, appt was 1pm, ended leaving at 2:45pm! All that wait and didnt even not get a teeth cleaning, only a "deep checkup". I have no idea if X-rays were being coorecttly taken, because X-ray lady was always complaining that machine was not big enough and was to small. Overall, I do not recommend this dentist office at all! Ridiculous wait, front lady did not even greet me. Would not definitely come back here!

I waited for approximately two hours before seeing a dentist. When I finally saw the dentist, she rude and unprofessional while examining my teeth. She didnt offer any explanation about her observations during my visit. The counselor was supposed to explain the next steps in my dental care and she poorly explained the cost without explaining what the dentist observed with my teeth. I had a horrible experience.

My appointment was at 10 and it has now been ober an hour and 15 minutes and no one has called me back. Yet numerous of ppl who have came on after me have came and went. I think it may be because of my insurance which shold not make and difference in how Im treated as a patient. After this visit I will not be returning.

The X-ray machine was broken. The dental hygienist "wasnt in" when I came. The shirts of the people who met me were dirty. And there were random pieces of equipment on the floor. Time to find a new dentist.

Dentist was hella rude!!! Never will I ever go again! Didnt even do my cleaning! Just sent me on my way! Billed me for X-rays and I KNOW my insurance covered at least a cleaning!!
