Very Expensive. With the buy one get one free it cost me 550 for a pair of progressive plastic frames and a pair of sunglasses for free. Glasses came after 8 days. a little slow but within time promised. But the delivery of the product is where things go downhill. The attendees spray your glasses and gives them to you. No checking to see if it fits right or not. I have never been in a glass store where they dont check to see if they fit correctly. Mine were too loose and now I have to go find someone to tighten them. BUT WORST OF ALL. They do not even give you a piece of cloth to wipe your glasses clean. DID YOU EVER see something like this? 500 bucks and I cant get a piece of cloth! 2 stars because the order was filled correctly.

I have returned my glasses 5 times because the lens were made incorrectly. The progressive line locations were incorrectly placed in the lens. While waiting for my glasses to be remade correctly I order a pair of sunglasses for distance only. My sunglasses werent ready for 6 weeks because Vision works didnt have the lens in stock. When I finally picked up the sunglasses, the right lens was on the left side and the left lens had been placed on the right side. I requested my money to be refunded. After 5 months I still dont have glasses that I can see out of. The personnel is very helpful and attentive. Apparently their lab has many issues.

These people do not stand behind their products. My fiancees glasses were supposed to be scratch resistant...they scratched after 2 months. Her prescription sunglasses bubbled up and she was told this was due to oils from her face. When asked for an exchange, they instructed that the best they could do was offer 25% off the purchase of another of their shabby products. No thank you! I advise anyone interested in a quality product or good customer service to look elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.

The optometrist at VisionWorks Towson was very friendly and professional. She let me know I didnt actually need to pay for some extra services which was a surprise but I appreciated her honesty. The optician that helped me was very friendly and explained why my astigmatism required some a particular type of lens to reduce distortion. Ill definitely be back!

Horrible and RUDE service. Will ignore you and keep you waiting in ALL steps of the process. Did not help me when picking out glasses, had to wait 45 minutes to pick up glasses when they were done. DO NOT COME HERE.
