Super Disappointed in my visit which was totally different than the past. I called specifically for Botox for migraine and spoke at length about this issue with an office worker on the phone who assured me That I could have this done by Dr. Garcia. The day of my visit I was told by the Dr. that she was not trained in performing Botox injections for migraines and that "she would not charge me for the visit". There was not an apology that I was misinformed . She asked if I had any questions I told her that "while I am here my finger has been itching and did the redness look like an allergic reaction?" I was not seeking treatment just curious . She wrote me a prescription for some anti itch cream without telling me that by Writing this prescription I would now be charged for an office visit costing over $100.00. At check out I was charged over $100.00 and explained that I was not informed by the Dr. that I WOULD in fact be charged for an office visit ; I was not even there for that reason !!! Office worked at check out was rude, unsympathetic and told me to go to a "medical office" for migraine botox. I explained that I should not be charged this much for their error, that I planned my day around this very important appt. Nope, no budging ! Poor, poor business. It looks to me that Dr. Garcia is more concerned with the Money factor that being wrong, apologizing for her offices error and retaining myself and three other family members as patients. We will never Go Back !!!

I almost never have to write a bad review about anything but my experience going to the Sonterra Dermatology office was terrible. I think I spent less than five minutes in the office. The doctor walked in , looked at me and told me I needed x medicines without even evaluating me or taking the time to talk to me about whats been going on with my skin. I asked the doctor why I would be getting mild acne in just a certain area in my face and she said she didnt know. You would think a good dermatologist would be able to educate her patients on things to avoid to help their skin. She acted like she was rushed throughout the whole appt. After my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy , I had some difficulties getting my insurance to cover one of the medications and they sent it back to the doctor for a second approval. Its been two weeks and I have yet to hear back from the doctors office even though I called them after a week of not hearing from them and I was told I would get a call back. Its been two weeks, I still dont have the medication I need and have not heard from anyone yet they gladly took my money when I paid for the visit that was a waste. I am going back to my old dermatologist which I loved but they were so booked I could never get an appt but I am willing to wait to get great customer service that this office was not able to provide. Dont waste your time with this office.

I was nervous about seeing a Dermo because of the many years I spent out in the sun with little sunscreen. Dr. Garcia didnt criticize and in fact, told me she would help me to be able to feel better about my brown spots and complexion. She recommended a series of 5 BBLs. After only two of them, I saw an amazing improvement in my face. Since I have RA & Lupus, Dr. Garcia was very cautious about any reaction I might have to the treatments and sure enough, I did have some adverse reactions. She offered to refund the money I had already paid for the remaining three sessions. She also was the first doctor to help me really get the rash I get from Lupus under control. Knowing the Rx was pricey, she gave me some coupons to get discounted prescriptions. I wont hesitate to recommend Dr. Garcia and her team to any of my friends and family!

Recently came here and did a procedure called Mira Dry. It eliminates the sweat glands from your underarms so you no longer have any embarrassing sweat stains or odor. I was so pleased with my results! I noticed within a day or so that I was no longer sweating or having any odor. Not only was the procedure pretty much painless but the experience from the staff was amazing as well. I was only in the office for about an hour and a half and went right back to work after my procedure. I love that because I didnt have to take off from work. And I had very minimal soreness after the procedure, kind of like being sore from a good workout at the gym. Overall I have to give 5 stars. I couldnt have asked for better results. I booked an appointment for my boyfriend, he went in, she spent a total of 10 minutes on him, only to conclude that two spots on his arm needed to go, but did not send them in for sampling. Having just had some spots on myself removed for being pre-cancerous it concerns me that she didnt take more concern with a fair-skinned individual such as himself, not to mention the spots on his arm looked pretty gross. He said it was as if she didnt even want to be doing it. Now he cant go back to another dermo because she froze off the evidence. I think its apparent she could not act less concerned. Will not ever go back or book with Sonterra/Annabelle ever again. Bad bedside manner, customer service, and front-desk help.

recently went to Sonterra Dermatology to have Miradry done, which is procedure to treat excessive sweating to my underarms. I have always battled sweating since I was a teenager and I was so happy that there is finally a treatment to give me some relief. I was in the office for about 1 and half to 2 hours and Daniela was the PA that performed the procedure and she was so thorough and explained every thing that was going to be done every step of the way. It was very tolerable as far as discomfort and I am very pleased to say that I no longer have to spend money on deodorant and I dont have to worry about staining any shirts anymore. excellent experience. Two lesions removed including a mole I was worried about for past 9 mos. Path report was back in less than a week, and all was well just like Dr G said it would be. She is very knowledgable, quick, thorough, explained everything so that even I could understand. Her nurse Cindy is very genial, and the appointment very prompt. I was also very impressed to learn DrG is double boarded in both Peds and Dermatology. The office is very clean, as one would expect from a medical facility. I would most definitely recommend DrG to anyone requiring dermatology care.

I have seen Dr. Garcia several times this year and I"m always impressed by her friendliness and her caring attitude toward her patients. After speaking with Dr. Garcia and Barbie Deleel her cosmetic consultant, I signed up for five Forever Young BBL treatments. I am "Extremely" happy with the way my skin now looks. The treatment removed blemishes and spots and now my complexion looks lighter and brighter. Barbie was wonderful ! She has many years of experience doing these treatments and she is excellent. I highly recommend Barbie and the Dermatology Clinic.
