Your appointment call is your first impression. The females answering the phones for this location need serious customer service training. Not only do they sound uneducated in the world of dermatology, they are rude and not helpful to first time callers and potential patients. Will never use any of the doctors listed at this location for this reason. Sorry, first impressions are important. Called in March and was sarcastically told the next available appointment at the Rogers Rd location was in June. Not acceptable when youre worried about possible cancer.

Havent been yet, but staff member answering the phone made a good first impression. He was polite and professional. First available appointment was not until June with physician, but able to see PA within a few days. Very happy with my visit. Office staff was courteous. I was seen within minutes of arrival. The PA was knowledgeable and I was comfortable with her explanations and treatment. They even contacted the specialists office for me.
