In October I came for consultation it turned out that I needed 9 teeth to be worked on I came back the next day and they performed 5 cavities two root canals and a crown. A few days ago while I was flossing my teeth a crown came out. I called the dentists office and they were extremely helpful and schedule me to come in the next day. When I got in and went to the back to see the doctor the dentist remembered me he is a very friendly person. What I had thought was the crown the dr. Put in a few months ago was actually another crown that was right next to the crown the doctor had put in. They offered to put the crown back in they cemented in free of charge. I would recommend this place to anybody and I have to a handful of people I live literally right down the street so its an extreme convenience for me the receptionists and the girls in the back are wonderful.

The staff is rude and slow... everything time I come here Im here at least three hours... today June 8, 2017 I came in the AC was off so it got extremely hot in the lobby...they never turned on the television in main lobby area... I was the one who turned it on in the childrens area which was filthy... the bathrooms are discussing... the lobby is dirty.... the only patients that staff is nice to is the Spanish speaking ones... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone... location needs to be shut down

Great new, clean, modern office - loved their look. Dr. Oza and staff were friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and informative. Ive been a JD customer for a couple of years and have been very happy with all of the work Ive had done there. Glad JD has an office near Mansfield now!

This is the most professional place ever!!! The place is so clean and friendly. Cynthia and Kassandra are amazing, they are a great example of customer service. They are so friendly and very accommodating. This is the best dental office Ive ever been too!!!

Well to start he broke my crown on the front while pulling a tooth and he fixed it but its all wrong and now he is saying he eaither needs to pull another tooth or a root canel yea ok like im going to let him do more work than he was rough and he didnt care

Customer services are patient and understanding. Doctor is supportive and he will make time to listen to your concerns. He makes sure I understand what the procedures is next. He is friendly and professional.

I despise the dentist office. I cant stand to go. The staff was amazing the dr was kind and gentle and funny. I have told 3 people already about them. The place is SO clean. I am pleased!
