I am looking for a new primary care doctor because ours unfortunately passed away. Im looking at the clinics website and it looked like they had all the requirements I am looking for. So I called to get more information and the person that answered that line was perfectly nice. Thats where it ends. I called back to set up an appointment. The first call didnt go thru which can happen. The second time the person who answered put me on hold, never came back and my call was disconnected after 5 mins of holding. The third call Marisol answered after I told her I wanted to schedule a appointment for a new cash payment patient, she put me on hold again for five min, then the call was disconnected again, on the fourth and fifth rings no one answered the phone and eventually the system hung up on me. That is not great practice! I mean I cannot even get someone to schedule an appointment for a new client! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

El servicio de staff es de lo peor..el doctor muy profesiinal..pero el staff sin conocimientos de etica ni profesionalismo llamadas en espera de por siempre varios mensages hechos y nunca regresan la llamada..te dan un telefono de sugerencias sin exito telefonos desconectados..es de lo peor el servicio de staff..no recomendable..me arrepiento haber hido ahi...no por el doctor sino por el staff sevicio...

Son muy buenos doctores me gusta como a tienden alos niños lo que no me gusta que cuando ablo..para hacer una cita me cuelgan el telefono asi les marque 3o 4 veces no se porq alomejor porq no les ablo en ingles....x mi amiga les ablo ingles y aya luego le isieron la cita y ami no tal vez canbiare de doctor...

This is the worst clinic i ever went to my kid appointment was at 9am i check in at 8:45am. Im seating waiting like every other parent everybody getting called even people that showed up after me getting called to the back it 10am now ok finally the called my child the nurse that check his weight rude she left us standing there she took his weight didnt say follow me to the room come back to us saying come on..get in the room to seat for 30 more minutes no doctor no nurse just seating tell i was like i leaving i dont recommend this clinic to anyone they dont care about our kids..

Took my grandfather to this Mi Doctor horrible.... His appointment was at 9:30 am got there at 9 am took us 30 mins just to get him checked in....never have i ever stood in line so long just to check-in.. After about after an hour they call just back triage him and put us in a room.... long story short after all was done we didnt get out of the doctors office till past 12 in the afternoon... The provider was very nice but over all they take to long here or at any mi doctors office.......

Clinica Mi Doctor on dawes in Dallas truly deserves its 5 stars. the staff are great but theres a LEAD MA BRISA MENDOZA WHO DESERVES SPECIAL RECOGNITION. SHES BY FAR THE BEST . ALWAYS SO VERY PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT SHE DOES. FRIENDLY AND GETS YOUR NEEDS MET. I ALSO WANT TO THANK DR. BRITO FOR DOING AN AMAZING JOB WITH TAKING CARE OF MY DAD . EVER SINCE WE MOVED TO CLINICA MI DOCTOR MY DAD HEALTH HAS GOT ALOT BETTER. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM

Restroom smells nasty like seriously is a clinic?? I went for a every year check up since Im not in town alot I came here cause my brother told me about there special $50 Thursday I have no insurances .The Dr didnt check my ears not even my mouth. Wtf?...I mention it to her n she said that I look healthy. I gave her a face "like do your job" she check them both,one ear was infected....

WORST PLACE EVER! The Nurses Are sooo RUDE, they give you dirsty looks since you walk in, the Doctors take FOREVER, they prescripe the WRONG medication and at times they dont even give you the Prescription, a Lady even walked in complaining about the wrong medication they gave her that send her to the hospital! I have reported this clinic to the state and human health resources.

These guys suck big time... The fat dude in the front does nothing but eat .. And has a attitude .. He hates his job .. I waited for a hr then got up took my card and walked out.. My child is sick not feeling good ..so I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I dont know why this place is still up .. Dont go here

"Doctor" did not perform any test on me, prescribed me a lice cream for my whole body when i had trouble breathing and itching. Horrible experience recommend you find another clinic. Went to another clinic and they ran blood, urine and EKG test and found out i had a heart murmur. DO NOT GO HERE!

The service is fine, i suppose, but over the phone service is a JOKE! They never answer their phone. Twice now, Ive had to go to their office to speak to them because they dont answer their phones. Its extremely aggravating and inconvenient. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Didnt wait a long time had an appointment took my 7 yr old the Dr was nice and prescribed him medicine for his cough which was bronchitis awesome and his other Dr told me it was allergies definitely coming here again
