Absolute worse medical center I have ever been to. Please avoid!! My son went in on a Thursday for xrays. We were referred to a xray facility on midway... it took 4 days for them to finally read the results. The results showed that my son had a fractured foot. 4 days he had been suffering the discomfort of a fractured foot. Not to mention I was the one who called them to get the results on the 4th day. It took an addition 3 days to refer him to a orthopedic doctor... I even took my son to the emergency room in between and they stated that only the doctor can refer him to a orthopedic doctor. Then told me I have to wait for the orthopedic doctor to call me when they are available for an appointment. The staff is rude and very unprofessional and constantly makes broken promises. I was told a countless amount of times that I would receive a call back in 30 mins or the same day but not one promise was fulfilled. I dont know why the office is like that but I definitely feel like a unimportant patient. Not a good feeling at all... please dont waste your time here!!! its not worth the risk.

Que terrible lugar para ser centro medico! La atención es horrenda! Las enfermeras son insolentes, improfecionales, y muy falta de respeto a los adultos! Llegue a las 8am y por preguntar sobre porque ya he hizo 4 veces y no conosco al doctor y cuales son los títulos de los otros doctores, me dejaron de última y termine saliendo a las 2pm... y eso no es todo, aquí operan sin doctor!! Los únicos que trabajan aquí son un asistente de medico y una enfermera practicional! Por Favor NO VALLAN A ESTE LUGAR!! Es de lo peor!!

1-) They never respect the appointments. Allways have to wait. 2.-) They dont care your health. They just want your MONEY or the health Insurance money. I definitely cant explain how i feel now when i see my son because he got a LOT KELOIDS because they do a treatmentment LASER ISOLAZ and open every pore with the vistury. To "clean"??? The skin (the room for that treatment its like a wharehouse for the office and 2 times they get in and move dirty boxes all dust was in the air and my son in the bed receiving all that with the open pores) They take tooo long to refer to a dermatologist because they saw he was ill and not work any of there treatment I wait almost a year. And dont referral to the specialist until too late for him. DONT GO THERE.

The ONE AND ONLY GOOD review here must be coming from his office staff. Dont go there if you happen to need a referral. I saw him and he sent a referral to a Dermatologist. Dermatologist is sending me to a surgeon. Now Martinezs office wont give me a referral to the surgeon without going back to see Martinez. Just a way of getting more money out of Medicare because there is nothing Martinez can do. Ive been on the phone for several days trying to get a referral for surgery I need. Ive , been put on hold for long periods of time. Being told nurse would call me back but no call back. Other time cut off completely. Seems to be a complete lack of communication over there or otherwise incompetent office staff.

Had to give this place 1 star. Even with an appointment you have to wait for 2 hours. I needed a referral to a GYN 2 weeks later they finally give me the ok for a referral. Doctor tells me they will have my referral by the next day and the nurse in charge of referrals was on vacation the next day that I called. When I asked the nurse what else can they do for me. She had a lackadaisical attitude and said she didnt know and that they doctor misspoke. Ive only been here 4 times and each visit is a hassle. Every time I go there someone is complaining about the wait. No way this place is still running.

Unprofessional staff, extremely long visit times 2,3 &4 hrs, only two Drs staff two offices and I WAS MISDIAGNOSED & OVER MEDICATED for sicknesses/diseases I DO NOT HAVE & terminated as a patient for questioning concerns of meds. I went from about 15 to 20 pill daily to 2 or 3 AND I FEEL MUCH BETTER AFTER NOT BEING A PATIENT(ABC) AND MEDICINES REDUCED. A patient almost two years and never ACTUALLY seen Martinez but get referred to all his friends for more exams..... I TRULY KNOW ABC & MARTINEZ ARE MORE INTO INSIANCE FRAUD TJAN MY HEALTH. WHICH IS MUCH BETTER SINCE NOT SEEING THEM ANYMORE

This doctor said my son didnt have an ear infection after the hospital told him to monitor his ears cause they were extremely clogged up. Well he checked them and said he didnt see anything and after seeing 3 different doctors within a few weeks i got tired of dealing w/him. I switched doctors and my son has TWO horrible ear infections! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY! He is TERRIBLE! He makes you feel like he is actually concern the first time you see him and then youll never see him again. Itll be different doctors every time. HORRIBLE! He should be ashamed of himself.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for my son on monday at 10.45 was not taken into a room till 12.30 and just to tell me ihad to reschedule. Im here agian today. Appointment was at 9am its 10.26 and have not seen a doctor. My son was just weighed and measured. And to top it off im paying out of pocket for this appointment. Totally not coming back and do not recomend this place. If you come, be here an hr before your appointment maybe theyll take you in on time of your appointment. Horrible. And nurses and lady in the front dont help the bad experiense.

This is the worst place to go. I called the week before to set up an appt. and I got a call back on Friday to confirm the appt. thinking from from that wow this is a good place. Well when i got the to office there were about 8 people in the waiting room and I sat there in the office for over an hour before I decided to tell them to take me off the waiting list. This seems more like a medicare type office. I really feel for folks that on Government insurance and Obamacare has done nothing but lower the medical standards and this clinic sucks.

I remember why I stopped coming here every time I randomly decide to make an appointment with them. I ARRIVE 10 minutes before my appointment yes I said App. And I have insurance of my own not medicad. You will Walk in and stay waiting for a room for 3/4 hours thats exactly how long I waited today its extremely to long to wait..this place takes your whole day it feels like and my prescription is another story, but anyway just dont waist your time coming here unless you want to wait forever to be seen. I will never come back again.

I should of changed my provider once I saw the reviews, yet I came her to experience it myself. The wait time here is ridiculous, why have appointments and not walk ins when ever they still take forever! I had an appointment which thought it will be quicker, and nope takes up to two hours so you can get seen by the doctor! They are not organized, they will skip you and put people in front of you!
