Este lugar me parece muy bonito por fuera pero muy poco serio con la salud de sus pacientes. Si quieres que te hagan perder el tiempo, gastar dinero innecesariamente, y seguir con tus dolencias este es el lugar correcto. Os cuento mi experiencia: hace 3 meses mi médico me recetó un medicamento. La farmacia dice que el mi seguro necesita una pre-aprobasión del médico. Esto consiste en que el médico o su asistente tienen que llamar al seguro y decirles que el paciente necesita el medicamento. Al mes mi médico cambio de parecer y me dice que necesito ver a un especialista (que el seguro así lo manda) y que la clínica "casualmente" acaba de abrir dicho servicio. Desconfiando ya de mi médico llamo al seguro y el seguro dice que esto es mentira que solo necesita la pre-autorización de mi medico. Vuelvo a la clínica por n vez, me quejo con un manager. Al cabo de unas horas el manager me llama y me comunica que ya todo está resuelto, que ya hicieron la pre-autorización. Listo!! al fin!!! Hoy ya han pasado 7 días y voy a la farmacia para recoger el medicamento. Pues que sorpresa, aun la clínica no ha llamado al seguro. Llevo 3 meses yendo y viniendo a la farmacia y a la clínica, y creo que Clinic Sanitas está llena de gente muy irresponsable que solo les interesa sacar dinero a sus pacientes. gracias

I went to this clinisanitas with the recomendation that it was a good clinic. Obviously they were probably just reffering to the doctors. I am never surprise with the lack of education that most costumer services personell have in miami. ( its is number one in that area). I went in as a new patient, i had set my apointment 3 weeks before. Being that i dont have insurance, on the phone i was told i could do the self pay of $81 to be seen by the doctor, which sounded like an ok price. but when i got to the front desk all they kept on saying was $150. Even on the poster they had "New patient check up is $81", but the girl at the front desk kept saying $150, and its not the fact that she kept on saying $150 is her lack of interest in helping me figure out why the call center is informing me that its $81. The guy on the phone ask to speak with her, she said she had no time to talk to him about that, or to help me. I mean i had an appointment, i am also a patient which needs your help too!!! And yes i missed my appointment!! Overal these front desk ladys had no interest whatsoever to help me resolve this issue, their only tactic was to just say its "150 there is nothing i can do for you". So my fellow new non-insurance patient who plan to go to this doral location expecting to pay the price that you are informed over the phone, be very careful because it is not what they say it is. As for those two ladies in the front, i recomend you go back to school and take a few work ethic classes, because you really need it.

I give 2 stars because when I finally saw a Doctor, she was very nice but they lack organization they keep people in line wasting time. Hey Juan Estrada, Medical Director of Clinisanitas, Do you know what other med offices do? they ask people with appoint ,upon arrival, to sign a paper so theres a record of who is at the office, people who come for another business is asked to be sited and the receptionist will call them , so nobody looses time doing a line. I had my first appointment at 5, and due to traffic I arrived around 4:55, but there were 2 people in line to talk to the receptionist. one of them took about 15 min because they were setting an appointment (I heard all the talk: "this day I cant", "I have nothing open that day on the afternoon", etc, etc) I reached the receptionist at 5:25 and receive this answer "the doctor wont see you because its 20 minutes past your appntnt time". I was reschedule for the following day, this time I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and I was asked inside almost 30 minutes past my appointment time!!! This is a joke, they dont respect peoples time, and all I saw while waiting room was people experiencing the same problem I had, their appointment time grew closer and they were still at the same place on the line. Im not comming back, nor Im ever recommending this "time wasting, desorganized," office

Thank you Dr. Lascano and nurse Ana Maria at the CliniSanitas Doral. 5 stars + to both of you and the team that makes this CliniSanitas Doral possible and accesible to me. You have restored my faith in the health system. I consider myself very healthy and athletic but an unexpected accident left me with several lacerations requiring stitches. Somebody had mentioned to me how well they had been treated and the impressive facility they had recently opened in Doral. From the moment I called to let them know I was heading there to the moment I stepped into this place and was greeted by their staff, I was impressed by their professionalism and organization. Dr. Lascano is a warm and very professional Doctor who did a superb and very precise job patching me up with nurse Ana Maria comforting me in a less than happy situation for me. I would highly recommend CliniSanitas to anybody and would not hesitate to take any member of my family there. Thank you!

So far, I’m really impressed with Clinisanitas. The medical building is brand new, modern and very clean and EVERYBODY I have met so far were so kind, helpful and accommodating! (Google Maps has the wrong photos for this medical center! ) I went there 3 times and every single time the doctors, nurses, secretaries and people from the lab, all were so warm and caring. The doctors really take their time to speak with you and to answer all of your questions (a BIG PLUS for me) I’m so happy I found this place. Dr. Lascano and Dr. Higuera-Florez are great! I struggled to find this quality for a while- but it seems I finally found it! This place has it all: a primary care doctor, dermatologist, gynecologist etc. and they have all the machinery and equipment in their building – you don’t have to drive somewhere else for lab work… which makes it really easy and convenient. I’m really happy and I highly recommend this place!

Did not like this place at all staff needs more training , Im Hispanic but these people try to talk to you in English and you cant understand them and I hate when you try to change over to Spanish and they still try to talk you in not understandable English. Also had and appt for 4pm got there at 3:30 there was only 1 person in front of me didnt get out till 6:00 pm . Then I felt I was dealing with a sales man instead of a doctor he wanted to sell me to get all these types of check ups , I went to do and annual blood check and left with grocery list of things he wants me to do. Im very disappointed that Florida Blue Cross offered this plan to me but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I know how my parents feel when they go to Leon medical center thats what this place I s compared to. This place needs a lot of work in there staff dept. I visited the sunset and 117 Ave location .
