Poinsett Animal Hospital is THE BEST!! So glad I decided to make a change and picked Poinsett! I have seen both Dr. Felder and Dr. Coco at different times and they are both so patient and listen to all of my concerns. I have had a few "un-scheduled" visits first thing in the morning due to a sudden issue with my dog and they have been accommodating every time! My dog seems to have a sensitive stomach (thank goodness nothing serious), and we have had several vet visits and phone calls. The staff and doctors have always been so kind and patient. Dr. Felder and Dr. Coco even spending time w/ me on the phone to give me results of tests and answer other questions. They truly are a very caring and wonderful vet office!

Love this vet! My dog was sadly diagnosed with CRF, kidney disease. Dr. Felder recommended a Science Diet Prescription Diet, and when I voiced my disapproval over the ingredients and asked if I could present him with a possible substitute food than I really believed in, he agreed to look at. Raleigh has been allowed to stay on her Natures Select food, now the Ultra Lite, with Salmon Oil as a supplement and she really enjoys it. Dr. Felder took the time to listen to my concerns, and review the material I sent him in earnest. It was wonderful to find such a caring person to help care for my Raleigh.

These are the most caring and compassionate vets Ive known in my 58 years. They know you by name, and all of your pets by name (and Ive had a number of dogs over the years). I feel these folks are my friends rather than business acquaintances. Indeed, when Ive seen any in public, they are just as splendid as in the office. They are sensitive to your needs, but most importantly, they put the animal first.

Im so happy with my new vet. Dr. Felder and his team were efficient, on time, no-nonsense, reasonably priced, and seemed to be experienced with the weird problem my dog has. I didnt feel rushed, I felt like the Dr. respected my intelligence, and the Dr. himself left a personal message for me explaining my dogs test results and keeping me in the loop about future treatment. Highly recommended.

We took our puppy there for his first vet visit and everyone was amazing. We were able to get an appointment on short notice and the front desk people were very kind on the phone. The vet was honest, understanding, and answered all of our questions. The clinic was very clean and they were very gentle and sweet to our puppy.

This is the BEST place to take your pets! Anytime I call and need to be seen, they always work my furry kids into their schedule (even with an emergency situation involving 5 dogs). They have fair pricing and are respectful to pet owners. I always recommend them when people ask about vets.

I called this morning about my Yorkie who was throwing up, they saw me in 20 minutes, turns out he had rubber hair bands stuck in his bowel. DR Marshall performed the surgery and saved his life. Im so thankful I found this vet <3
