I read a lot of good reviews, and I had high expectations. All of my expectations were met or exceeded. I did not wait long at all, and the establishment was very clean and relaxing. The receptionist and dental hygienist were extremely friendly and professional. I went in for a cleaning and general checkup as I had not been to the dentist in a few years. The hygienist used a lot of, in my opinion, cool technology to take a look at my teeth and jaw before starting the cleaning. Dr. Cromwell then introduced himself, and he was very kind and professional as well. After he left my cleaning began. The cleaning went so smoothly that I was bordering on falling asleep. After the cleaning was finished Dr. Cromwell came back in to explain my results. He told me I would need a few minor fillings and a crown. He explained all of my options in a calm friendly way. I cannot stress enough how nice and nonjudgmental Dr. Cromwell and his staff are. They offered advice, but did not make me feel ashamed for the state of my teeth. This was one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had, and I will not go to another dentist in Marysville.

These guys are great. I have been a customer since just after they opened, and I have never been disappointed. They have great service, excellent bedside manner, and have always been able to help me quickly when filling (from another dentist) fell out. Their costs are also better than Sears Dental at Tuttle Mall. Also, this is easily the most technologically advanced dentist I have ever been to or heard of. They take digital pictures of your teeth, so you can see how they have changed since the last time, they also use digital x rays, so you instantly see results, and they now have an on site crown machine. This is great because they make a crown with a perfect fit and install it in one visit. This beats multiple visits to an old school dentist, where you have to use a temporary crown while you wait for a crown that doesnt fit, that you have to send back 5 times. Amazing! Did I mention that you can also a flat screen showing a channel of your choice while you wait. I am just a happy customer, letting the world know that these guys are awesome. Do your self a favor, and see what its like to visit these guys.

While I would prefer to never need the corrective services of a dentist, my teeth just wont allow it. Im a recently new patient to Dr. Cromwell, and I needed a new crown and a replacement crown. Ive been very happy with the care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Cromwell and his practice without hesitation. The office is clean and comfortable, and each of the staff is very friendly. Dr. Cromwell quickly impressed me as friendly, competent (experienced), and generally well informed about the latest technology in dentistry. He not only did the "work" that was needed, but he was very careful and attentive to managing the anxiety and discomfort that sometimes comes with doing dental work. He or his staff called me the day after my dental work to check on me and make sure I was doing well. It may be a small thing, but I appreciated the extra effort and concern. Dr. Cromwell is a clear and effective communicator, and he was very patient answering all of my questions. He makes an otherwise unpleasant "need" much more bearable.

First off, Dr. Cromwell is an INCREDIBLE dentist! He truly cares about his patients and always makes us feel comfortable. Our entire family goes there, including my mom - and my daughters look at him as if he is a celebrity (you should see them when we get a piece of mail from him or see an ad around town with his picture)! Second, Lauren is the sweetest and most personable hygienist Ive ever experienced. She has been great at teaching my kids tips and tricks for improving their oral care, and they are never afraid to go in to get their teeth cleaned. I truly cant say enough wonderful things about them! As a side note - Ive been to several dentists and hygienists that have made me feel terrible for not flossing enough (or good enough) and they have never made me feel that way. Should you have major dental concerns or need a lot of work, they will work with you to develop a plan and start with the most urgent concern to work within your budget. If youre looking for a new dentist - this is your place!

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Cromwell for around 2 years and could not be happier with their service. The staff is always so friendly and caring. Sarah is smiling every time I see her and is always so helpful. The hygienist was spectacular with my 7 year old son. She was so patient and warm with him. One of the dental assistants, Amy was so sweet and you can tell she enjoys her job. Dr. Cromwell is fabulous! Ive had to have some cavities filled while under his care and he did an amazing job especially with the local anesthesia (which is always the worst part)! I had one filled yesterday on a front tooth and he matched the color perfectly. I was so impressed with his work! We all know nobody enjoys going to the dentist but this office and team sure make it a little less dreadful. We are long-term patients for sure!

I had a deep cleaning, root planing and a tooth extraction this morning at 9 am and I was very nervous! As it turns out I had no reason to be!! Dr. Cromwell was great!! I had several shots of novacaine and I must say I have never had such painless shots ( for me, that was always the worst part). I even had to ask him if he was giving me injections...I honestly did not feel them. The same thing happened with the tooth extraction, I could tell he was putting gauze in my mouth and I had to ask if he had already pulled the tooth....again, I never felt a thing!! needless to say, Dr. Cromwell is now my dentist...and I am not a bit nervous about my second round of deep cleaning in two weeks!! If you have a fear of the dentist... Dr. Cromwell is the man to see!! My daughter has an appointment next week!! His staff is great also!

After a few years of avoiding the dentist, I went to Cromwell Dental Care after hearing a good review. I not only experienced no pain during my appointments, but they were able to schedule my appointments to best fit my needs and schedule. Dental assistants and front desk staff are personable an friendly, which puts patients at ease. Dr. Cromwell has created a calm environment and he educates the patient without making them feel bad about not keeping up with dental care. I really appreciate the treatment I received and I can say that I no longer have a fear of the dentist and will be scheduling regular cleanings again.

My husband and I found Cromwell Dental Care about a year ago when we moved to the area. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but the staff are so warm and welcoming and they are very gentle and careful as they inspect and clean your teeth! My schedule is very full during their open hours, but they worked with me and even reached out to me when they had an opening that fit my schedule. They are also very timely, even taking me in for my appointment early! I love that! I would definitely recommend Cromwell Dental Care to anyone looking for a pleasant dental experience!
