He is such a sweet doctor, but his staff is so ignorant and mean and unhelpful. typically you find a person that is difficult in a doctors office , but this is waaaay beyond that. they will not do a thing to help you. they are rude and uncaring. they need to get in a different business. Josh is the only nice person there. Im finding a new doctor. i have enough pain , i dont need a witch antagonizing me.

If you want the office to call you back they wont. The dr. is very fast and doesnt really listen to you. The staff is nice and the dr is nice but if your looking for him to listen he wont ,everytime you try to tell him what is going on he cuts you off. ITs just been medicine after medicine after medicine. Just want an MRI and he wont even think of it so Im done.

Never saw Dr. Torres but if he is anything like his staff I would stay away. Florida Sspine and Joint sent our records over requesting an appointment. Never heard back so tried calling, left messages. Finally gave up and went for consultation at Cleveland Clinic in Broward County. Over 3 months later we got a call from Dr. Torres office.

Dr. Torres is am amazing doctor. But his staff is very rude and never seem to have time to help you or answer your questions. Also its very hard to make an appointment at his office but once you do Dr. Torres does all he can to help you .
