Was not satisfied with this office overall. The office is poorly run and during the 6 times we have been to this office I have not gotten into my appointment on time. They average anywhere from 30-90 minutes late every time. The front office doesnt communicate well with the docs, and the physicians do not speak with each other. This makes for a very disorganized office. They never bother to pull up and review my childs file before seeing her. My 3 month old recently became sick and it was very difficult to get an appointment for her. She was running a temperature of 103. The doctor from the urgent care center had called this office, as well my wife sent all appropriate paperwork from the babies urgent care visit to the office. This including lab results and the fact that my baby was diagnosed with early signs of pneumonia. The doctor never botered to read any of this information when we saw them the following day. My daughter had to come back for a series of antibiotic shots and was almost given a wrong dose of medication on her 3rd visit. I will now be looking for a new pediatrician due to the serious disorganization of this office and the fact I no longer feel I can trust them with the health of my daughter.

I feel obliged to write a good review about Dr. Merchant because he has been amazing w/ my little Karen! The care at his pediatric practice goes above and beyond! I would like to congratulate his staff for always making an effort to make us parents more comfortable, and I would specially like to thank Dr. Merchant for being so caring and thorough w/ in the care of my baby girl.

Great doctors and service. I have been going to doctor merchant since I was a child and now I was taking my child. The only complaint I have is that they never answer the phones the staff who answer the calls never answer calls. Its easier to make an appointment in person.

I have been going to Dr. Merchant since I was about 3 years old. I stopped going at age 20 because I was too big. : ( but now 2 years later I have a 2 month old little boy that I take. Love his staff and how clean it always is.

The worst clinic ever!! For emergency they never have availability . Ever!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional staff!!! This is my far the worst clinic I have ever encounter . I will be moving forward . Thanks for nothing .
