This place is horrible. The staff is not trained well, nor do they care about accurately assisting patients with any questions or issues with insurance. They are quick to turn you away if they are not listed as your primary care physician. I have been taking my son there for TEN years. At one time we did not have insurance and I paid them in cash for each visit. The 2 times I had issues with not having the correct doctor assigned to my sons insurance carrier they would not see him and he was extremely ill and was having trouble breathing due to his asthma. I have finally decided to switch to another pediatrician in winter haven in hopes of better services, not that there are great options here in Polk county...... But to see a different doctor each time we visit, have to deal with hour waits each time, being treated like a piece of crap by horrible staff, who could use some guidance on how to present themselves both verbally and appearance-wise, is NOT worth the time, money, stress or hassle.

Parents Beware!!! My appt was for 11 a.m. being a new patient I arrived at 10:45 a.m. I did not get out till after 1;30p.m. The staff and more so the DR was horrible. I took my thin, healthy son for a check-up and was informed he was overweight and that I should practically starve him because according to the DR hes old enough. She excessively attacked my lack of parenting with several remarks she made. Just because I am a single mom does not mean I am any less. They never took his blood pressure. And after informing me they would not see my child again she demanded he pee in a cup and when I refused she gave me a disgusted look and said some nasty remark to the Dr sitting next to her as I told them to have a good day. They were not full to take so long in my appt. It was awful. I will happily take the hour drive to see our previous Dr from our previous town.

Very good doctors office. We took our 7month old here for his shots and the nurses were wonderful. The doctor was great, very nice, friendly to the baby, and talked to us, instead of at us. The environment is also nice, it looks like an actual kids doctors office. The last place we were going to looked like a hospital. This was very pleasing. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. We got right in with no waiting even after a disputed with my sons insurance that the receptionist was able to easily sort out for me.

Excessive wait time. Rude unprofessional reception. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time, i asked about the wait only to be told 3 people are ahead of me. THIS IS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Courtesy would have been so appreciated. I came in with 3 children under 3 to to treated as such.Waiting for a call back from office manager. These people dont realize they are a choice. Terrible service save the headache and go somewhere else

I love them, my granddaughters have been coming here since 4/5 yrs old, Now 16/17. They and I hate to think its time we have to pick another kind of doctor and that isnt fun. Thank God we were given choice to pick and choose what works best for ourselves. They have gone above and beyond what was asked of them!!! Thank you for being there for us. 4 REAL

Every time I go albeit with an appointment or not it takes hours to be seen. Last time I waited 3 hours before I walked out. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait!

Place is horrible. Do not take your child here. Nothing ever gets done. Never enough staff and Dr. Sonni is rude with no bedside manner. In and out is there motto.
