The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the doctors. The doctors are very nice and professional. Now the staff in the front and the assistants are very rude and do not tell you everything you need to bring until you are already there. Also the dental assistant was very rude to me and treated me as if I was a kid. When Im an adult. Very unprofessional and Im glad I only go 2 times a year. Everything seems nice until you step in the place and get the worst service ever. I hope this helps for future clients that want to attend this bear creek dentistry.

In the office for the 1st time. Just happened across the office after looking for a dentist all summer. I must say they are pretty freaking awesome. I read the other reviews but I walked in asking about availability and they got me in as new patient with all 3 of my kids with no issues. Minimal paperwork. Everyone is nice. The dentist herself Dr. Rebecca Steffens is so nice! She asked if I had questions and actually listened and answered them with everything I was concerned about. The were great with my kids. Very informative. Cant wait for 6 month check up.

I was skeptical about coming here after hearing about the prices here,coming from people with dental insurance. I have no dental insurance and decided to come here after hearing about their $37 xray and checkup special. After I was done with my checkup I got my teeth cleaned for an additional $80. Then I resurfaced the shape of my jagged teeth at $25 per tooth. Should have done it long ago!!! Very happy with my visit. I will be back here to get my wisdom tooth pulled!!!

I havent even been there yet and Im already pissed. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me the entire time and I stayed calm. She asked me to repeat my answers and I did so easily. The one time I asked her to repeat herself (because I genuinely didnt hear her) she gets a real snarky tone and practically yells at me what time my appointment is. The service better be good or shes hearing it once Im in there.

While the office personnel seem to be well intentioned, this was the worst excuse for a teeth cleaning that I have ever experienced. Other Bear Creek offices do not get good reviews as well. They have tried to expand on a large scale, and do not have experienced dentists. The focus is on the business side of the practice and not quality patient care. The offices are run by a financial manager - not a dentist.

I think this is such an awesome dentistry for children! Someone comes out in a bear costime Its a little movie room for children while there waiting. And they get pictures that are printed out on pins and key chains for my key. Plus an animal balloon so awe. I only waited a week for my kids appt. I love it fr an so donthey

They are awful i would not bring my dog to see these people. Had a 11am appointment now it is 3 pm and we still waiting. And brought my child here two weeks ago and they totally screwed up her her front tooth you guys suck.
