Professional and knowledgeable staff. I was sick on a Sunday and they got me in first thing on a Monday morning. I could not have asked for better care that morning because I was very sick. They have worked with me from the beginning. Dr. Henderson was very professional as well as his staff. I would highly recommend this practice. A month or so before a member of their staff came to our office inviting us to their practice, which I thought was very professional. Had she not stopped by our office that day I wouldnt have known they were down the street from our practice. They even worked to become a provider for our insurance carrier. They are one in a million!!!

The office update is beautiful. The atmosphere is comfortable and calming. I was running late this morning and called to let them know. Everyone was patient and understanding. Jennifer was meticulous with my cleaning! All of the high-tech equipment is amazing. A small wand took digital pictures of all my molars. I love the website and the electronic calendar option for appointment reminders. What a great office and staff. I am very impressed!

Today was semi-annual teeth cleaning. Karen is kind and gentle. She keeps up a friendly chatter as she works which helps pass the time in an uncomfortable position. Dr. Henderson provides the final check and offers advice on any issues. Willis Dental does a good, thorough job and does not try to sell additional services. Any recommendations they make are good, cost effective solutions.

The staff is outstanding!!!! I am a royal chicken when I think about the grinding and scraping; sounding like granite shaving....and theyre only cleaning my teeth!.....but every time, the staff has that way of doing their job so well that not long after youre seated, you ask....."Am I done?"

Arrived @8:00 to get a crown put on a broken molar. Left @ 10:20 with the crown in place. Extremely friendly staff provided a pain free and stress free experience. Highly recommend Dr. Henderson and Willis dental care.
