Hands down the best Veterinarian I have ever been to. Dr. Melanie Davis has helped all 3 of my dogs and some of my foster dogs as well. She has helped both of my female Golden Retrievers that had been dealing with chronic ear infections and bad skin infections for 2 years. In the past we have taken them to other vet clinics and none were able to help solve their ear issues, skin issues, and just over all itching issues. But after seeing Dr. Melanie Davis within a matter of 2-3 days we saw a tremendous difference in our goldens, and about after 2 weeks of medications Dr.Melanie had prescribed they were completely cleared of ear infections and skin infections and were no longer itching. Our other dog is a male Pitbull/Lab and last week we had brought him in for severe stomach issues. He was throwing up everything he was eatting and had blood in his stool and was very lethargic , I thought something very serious was happening to my boy, so we took him to the clinic and within a matter of 24 hours he was acting 100% normal, no longer throwing up and no more blood in his stool. Dr. Melanie is truly a miracle worker. I would recommend her to anybody! She is a very knowledgeable and kind person. We wouldnt trust our pets with anyone else.

We had lived in the area for a year and seen 3 vets, none of which we felt comfortable with. Until we met her. We took our German Shepard to Melanie when his back went out. It was the worse experience of our lives. Within a day he went from running 5miles to unable to stand. He was in constant pain & we felt completely helpless. She fixed him. It took like 4 months for him to get back to normal but she fixed him. And she was wonderful with him & us. Explaining everything in detail & letting us know options. She recommended bed rest & a few medications to let it heal itself. She explained more invasive options but we went with her recommendation. Her employees are amazing as well. Very sweet, they love animals, & patient. We started having one dog sit for us while on vacation & we love him too! We can leave knowing our 8 year old puppy is on his normal schedule & well taken care of.

We had our very first vet experience with our brand new fur baby at Timber Ridge with Dr. Arrington, and I could not have been more pleased. Everything from the cleanliness of the waiting area, to the kind demeanor of the receptionist, to the short wait time, the patient and kind vet tech (we had a million questions and a shy shelter dog), to the incredible vet (Dr. Arrington), I would recommend this place to ANYONE. The tech was extremely welcoming and professional. Dr. Arrington entered the room, shook our hands, and immediately got on the floor with our nervous fur baby. She spent the entire examination on the floor with him, regardless of the fact that she was 9 months pregnant. Our exam was quick, head to tail, and not alarming to our pet at all. Reasonably priced, and will not allow you to leave unless every question you have is answered. I loved my experience, can you tell? :)

These women are amazing veterinarians. They helped my senior dog get back to feeling like himself within weeks of having ACL surgery! Not only that, they actually take time to sit on the floor with my dog and love on him during the appointment. The front desk staff is always so helpful and kind. The whole staff clearly LOVE animals. People come out of the back just to say hi to my dog and give him attention while we are waiting for our appointment. As someone who volunteers regularly in rescue, it means the world to me that they love animals as much as I do. My dog is so lucky to have them! There are plenty of vets around town that offer adequate care, but I haven’t encountered any others that care this much about the animals they help. Your pets deserve Timber Ridge!

You know that person you feel like you could trust with anything, the one that’s looking out for you? Well, Doctor Melanie Davis (Dr. Mel) is that person for me and my dogs – I’ve trusted her with my good puppy dogs for the last several years and I LOVE her. Even when she opened up her office a little further away, I continue to go to her. She was there for us, even after-hours if we needed her, when going through the difficult times with my aging golden retrievers. THAT means an awful lot. And that showed us long ago that not only is she talented, with an incredible staff, she and her team care deeply about the well-being of our pets. And because of that, they are ALSO family to me.

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with Timber Ridge. Dr. Melanie Davis and staff exceeded my expectations. The office is beautiful and very clean and my baby (mini Chihuahua) was treated like a little queen. Being new the area and having an emergency I was very unsure of where to go and did some quick research, and so very glad I found Timber Ridge. I highly recommend Dr. Melanie and staff to anyone that wants the very best for their 4 legged children. They treat you like family from the minute you make that first call. If it wasnt for Dr. Davis. My Fable would probably not have lasted more then 12 hours. I went to another vet closest to me for what looked like a snake bite or wasp sting. She said she didnt know the difference but will treat her for what would be for supposedly both. That made me nervous. So I went to Dr. Davis who I trust more then any other vet I know. And I am a dog groomer so I know a few ;). She automatically knew it was a snake bite and treated her accordingly. It apparently was a big snake and the meds I was given from the first place was not for a snake bite. She probably wouldnt have made it. THANK YOU DR. DAVIS! YOU SAVED MY DOGS LIFE! !! ^____^

Our experience with TImber Ridge Animal Medical Center was more than STELLAR! From the ease of booking our appointment to the extensive care we received while in office. Our Vet Tech spent plenty of time with us understanding and inquiring on the needs of our two dogs and their current at home care. Dr Arrington helped us determine the best plan for both our dogs and consulted with Dr Davis to mutually ensure the best treatment for our seizure prone pup, Mazy. We look forward to the extensive treatment options (and love) the clinic will provide in long term care for both our pets. Great location and clean in office environment also!

I have been taking my fur-babies (4 dogs) to Timber Ridge Animal Medical Center for over a year. The staff is amazing - so welcoming, ask you about your day and your pet, and always a smile on their faces. Dr Melanie is top notch - shes very detailed and spends quality time with you each visit. We recently had a bad situation which required one of my dogs to undergo surgery. Dr Melanie was amazing - theres no one who could have saved my fur-baby the way she did. Many nights, Dr Melanie stayed late to take care of my dog - during her off hours. I would give more stars if I could!
